Nash, looks like the link you posted was the web address of the Amazon page that displays photos.
What you need is the address of that photo where it is located on the web.
All you need to do is to go to your linked page and the click on that image.
Once that photo comes up just right click on it and save 'image location' then on GHQ post hit the photo icon and insert the saved location.
Hope that makes sense.
