Does everyone make up their own or the most of you guys use a standard organization for the units?

For the ROD I stick to an established organization. I use the US Army and USMC org from 2003ish just because that's what I know best. I take a few liberties with the air and naval units, but I try to keep it close.

For the EE I'm using standard Soviet org from FM 100-2-3 (1991 edition). Again, there are a few minor deviations, but I try to keep it close.

The ROD website is much more detailed than the EE one. Are you making an imagi-nation?

ROD Site: https://6mmrod.webstarts.com/
EE Site: https://6mmempire.webstarts.com/
UIN Site (that needs updating): https://6mmimaginations.webstarts.com/
Mahishmati Site (maybe just needs to go away): https://6mmmahishmati.webstarts.com/

For the New Canadian Armed Forces, their organization more closely resembles a mix of British and US styles for its Ground and Air Forces, its navy is somewhat different as they organize their ships into squadrons based on ship type or role, and each squadron has its own Oilier and some type of repair ship. Its Fleet Air Arm is somewhat similar to the British Fleet Air Arm.

I would love to show you a typical RCN fleet, but I don't have enough models to do that at this time.

The Gator State follows US Army TOE series E through J. It starts with the basic TOE and MTOEs each unit according to judgement of major unit commanders.

But don't you already have an Imagi-nation Nash? I think it was CHI-Imagi-Kingdoms.

Anyway If there is one deviation on the NCAF its largely how they command their troops now these days. Plus their leadership in the Officer Corps is rather poor and somewhat inept. But they can do the job, just not as effectively.

Is the NC Government trying to give away CHI-Dom and/or Hong Kong-Dom?
Do be watchful for Karmanaskis. They do have a force, rumor is they have a bunch of helicopters. Can support their armor although I have only seen images (official and secret) of a few companies. So Karmanaskis might be a lot of hot air.

Nash if your new Imagi-nation is in the Pacific or the Atlantic that would be good.

The NC army's TO&E is largery based on the US TO&E, but using different equipment, redleg did do one years ago, it should be on my thread but its probably WAY in the back.
