Thanks a lot Burt and Red!
Thanks Pete! I love to mix the poses, it just seems to give the stands more of a battlefield feel instead of toy soldiers lined up.
Here's Germans I just finished.

I kinda wish GHQ would revisit the pose of the guy standing and firing, it always reminds me of Elmer Fudd right before the end of his rifle banana peels.

Never mind this post, or the one directly above, I tried to edit my first post, and instead quoted my own post, then tried to correct that and quoted it again. Its time for lunch and a damn nap.

Those are great looking German infantry, Bill! From the looks of things, they look like the earlier type GHQ German infantry with camo uniforms. Believe it or not, I painted some of my earlier type German infantry the same basic way as well as some in basic Feldgrau. The ones I showed are definitely pretty late war with their STG 44 rifles.
Yes, I too wish GHQ would consider reworking or possibly even adding some poses. There are a couple like the standing riflemen that just look funky plus a couple of others.

Thanks a lot Pete. They are the early set. I’m modeling an SS Panzer division in Normandy, so I like that the late war set has smocks, but I felt that the weapons in the early set were probably a little more accurate for what I’m doing. I have a mix of camo uniforms and feldgrau also, plus some mixed helmets on each. It gets a little tedious, but the results are worth it.

Here's Kalinin Bay.
That just leaves me St. Lo and White Plains for the Taffy 3 CVEs, but next I'm working on another DE.

Those are great looking trucks, Bill! Really good shading and highlighting and as Redleg says, the bases look great too.
