There was a coup attempt in the Balzac Republic. The violence has ended.
8 people died hundreds arrested. An agreement has occurred providing a different government structure to be more representative of those that have been under-represented or under-served. Many of the immigrants that have been here for more than a decade that have made it their home want full citizenship. Another option was some direct representation in Parliament. Developing a specific path to citizenship since it has been a haphazard process where some gained citizenship and other have not. Several thousand new citizens are expected within 3 month time frame. Employment, residency, records are being made available to help the process. The series of people will have been her at least 10 years.
. The Balzac Republic will remain a member of the Baltic/North Europe Defense Group, a member of the Commonwealth of Chrisdom, NATO and of course the UIN.
