Tonight is decal night: red stars and turret numbers for the latest company.

I also got in an order of various trucks, so up next I'll be finishing off some of the support units for the regiment!

Are you going full 100% for the regiment? Like every vehicle to include trans and signal and stuff like that?

That's the plan! For example:

I'll have to make some TO&E substitutions where I can't get a specific model. So I may have the "wrong" truck here and there. But the goal is to at least have the right number of stands of the right general types.

I'll take some better photos this weekend, but here are the first two companies of 2nd battalion. I'm really pleased with the tank numbers. I've gone with a system of the company commander is marked x00. Then the tanks are x11, x12, x13 for 1st platoon, x21, x22, x23 for 2nd platoon and x31, x32, x33 for 3rd. For battalion commanders I'm using funky markings from WW2 just to mix it up a bit.

I'm still using my colored bead for unit ID system, on the off chance these make it into a game....

Not enough, but it will make a dent....

I bought a battalion of T80s just for funsies, the rest go to this project (BMPs and some support vehicles).

From Mike on FB?

He told me he has about 12,000 pieces and the wife gave him an ultimatum to downsize, LOL
