Tires will blow your eyeballs out - I can only do so many before the brush has to be set down…
Nice looking unit!

I don't find it too bad. The trick is to do the tires FIRST. Just slather on your black or dark gray. Then do your green basecoat. You have to paint "around" the tires, but that's a lot easier, for me at least. Then doing the hub caps is easier than other way round.

Interesting. I tend to do the opposite. I base coat first, then paint tires or treads as neat as I can, and rely on washes and dry brushing to even everything up and pick out detail.

Extra, my eyes aren’t as focused as they used to be. So you might have 2 BDEs, so you are close to a division.
Impressive none the less.

Tank wise, I have a division's worth of T64s and T72s. But definitely not enough support troops to fill out a force that size...

So a motorized rifle division is 16 tanks... 1 battalion of 31 in each of the motorized rifle regiments and then 3 battalions of 31 in the tank regiment? In the '70s, the MRR had 40 tanks, but that was discontinued.

That is quite an impressive array of vehicles, Extra Crispy! I know that painting tires is not easy. When I do it, I usually do 2 or 3 vehicles and then take a break so as not to get fatigued.
