I isent a PM last night but as of a munite ago it was still just in my "outbox" and unsent. I deleted it but wonder if the PM system is broken?

I have had that problem too. Sometimes the message sits in my outbox and it eventually sends after a while, but sometimes it just sits there forever until I delete it.

I have a few still in my Outbox that the recipient received and responded to so I know it got there but are still hanging out there. A couple of them more than a year. I keep waiting to see if their status will ever update.

My experience is much like Brigade Commander.
