In the description of the Brave Tiger, it says the Brave Tiger is used by China. GHQ, should it be Taiwan?

I did notice that. Technically Taiwan is the 'Republic of China', but then that's a whole 'thing'. I don't believe the M48 or it's variants has ever been operated by the PRC, unless they've managed to get ahold of some for 'evaluation' after the US pulled out of Vietnam?

Some of us recall that China and Vietnam had a little dustup after the US withdrew. And it was the Soviet Union, not China, that provided most of the support needed by North Vietnam. Still, who knows what China managed to get its hands on.
