Can someone tell me what the US Modern Naval Ships are painted? If possible, can you provide me with the Color and Brand. I know it might be a lot to ask, but If your feeling generous, a picture of what you painted would be great. Thanks in advance.

"Haze Gray, and under way"...
Base hull color is "Haze Gray" (FS36270) and there are numerous brands that have that color, or a close approximation of it. The deck of a surface warship is a much darker shade "Deck Gray" (FS36118). Carrier decks are painted a slightly different shade "Flight Deck Gray" (FS35076).
White Ensign Models has these in their line:

Vallejo doesn't specifically call them out in their line but, there's a conversion/mix chart that covers (mostly WW2) colors:

Tru-Color has a fairly extensive selection that quite like the old Model Master Enamels. They aren't cheap but, a 1 oz. bottle will last a looong time.

I don't know how close my colors are cuz I just eye-balled it and grabbed what I thought looked right from the Tamiya shelf at my local hobby store. I'm using Tamiya Sky Grey XF-19.
