Collections section
Hi, I've been away for awhile so might have missed something. Does anyone know what the collections section on the site is going to be?

Re: Collections section
I didn't even notice it until you mentioned it.
I think it's for Chris' collection - it's so huge that it needs its own section of the website!

Chris's collection needs a POMCUS site.

Re: Collections section
Hmm, no idea how long that's been there.
I'd assume it's going to be a place for customer collections to be showcased? Although I invite further baseless speculation lol

Re: Collections section
It has been there since the major site update awhile ago.
Maybe it is for a new version of the Combat Commands but in Divisional size units

Re: Collections section
As long as your response doesn't involve your collection rolling up on my border! When was the last time you counted everything Chris?

Re: Collections section
ast full count was 30-32 years ago I guess.
Then later 15-20 years as I recall, I was speaking to a friend -gamer who moved out of Jax, FL. On my desk I did some counting of Abrams having to lift the cardboard pallets on desk and right next to it … counting about 700 Abrams. Had many more, several times as much at that time. Different camo: olive drab, some dark green, tan, 3-tone NATO. Now I have Aussie camo. I have bought nation group, a collection. I have 300 or so of the old M1 with the thicker barrel (M1A1, not heavy armor) in a box. If I ever have have a ‘box battle’ those will have paint applied. Then deploy them with other stuff. Not sure what other assets they might have (maybe 105mm Arty, some M113, some air defense).
If box battle, use 400- Ratels by UK company to guard against airborne/mobile attack in rear area. Use Canadians in similar role. The guy in FL down state says a few of his friends in CT have much, much more, they are wealthy as the story goes.
We have had some massive games in the 90s.

Chris, it is time for you to stand down for a 100% inventory. Set up a spreadsheet and account for everything by type. You have a big table to help. Recruit your wife. Get to work. Report by 1 Jan 2022.

Got it. You don't want her to know how much you have sunk into this that you otherwise might have sold and PROFITED from.

Re: Collections section
I used to be just a gamer. I certainly don’t want my wife to know specifically what have. Just some sociological issues.
