I was thinking a micro armor chess set would be interesting but what to use for the pieces? Recon vehicles, assault guns, tanks, infantry, all sorts of ideas

Anyone tried this?

I was thinking something like this for a early war German panzer regiment

Pawn - panzer II
Rook - panzer IV
Knight - panzer III
Bishop - TBD
Queen/King - TBD
