The Micro Squad rules state...

7.44 A stand may suffer an OF attack once only per movement phase but, as in the Standard Fire Phase, that attack may come from multiple stands.

Let's say the German player is moving stand G1. The Russian player has stand R1 with LOS to G1, and R2, for the moment, does not have LOS to G1. If the Russian player opts for OF with R1 and misses, is G1 now immune to further OF? Even if it moves into LOS of R2 later in its move?

The German player is immune to any further opportunity fire. The rule was written so as to prevent numerous Op Fire attacks against a single stand. A compromise to enhance playability.
