Thermal and Infrared sights
Does anyone have a good source about the evolution of infrared and thermal sights and their respective capabilities?

Sitting here reading a rather detailed discussion on the way the three primary types of night vision work: image intensifiers, thermal imaging and low-light. It is at x20.org. so far it seems to be a great place to start.
