Back to the Solomons - USS Atlanta and camo tutorial

Surface actions in the Solomons offer a fascinating perspective, so I resumed painting ships for this campaign (BTW, thanks to the person who took the time to add a welcome back message to my order. Quality of service is par with that of your models )
So here is what I've added :
4 US "light" cruisers (Brooklyn and Cleveland classes ships technically fit the name, but they certainly can give a run for their money to heavy cruisers! )
3 Cleveland class and a Brooklyn class. I certainly took profit of last month's specials, thank you.
2 IJN light cruisers, Jintsu & Agano. 15 years of naval evolution between these types...
this allows me to have 2 1943 US Crudivs
"Pug" Ainsworth's
And "Tip" Merrill's
Pics are a bit smallish - the host provides a free service, but it has its limitations. You'll find bigger ones there :

As well as a few more ramblings. Cheers!
