Well, its been a while since I posted something. I had high hopes it would be from Sand Wars where I was planning to meet up with Redleg and pmskaar. Sadly the fickle finger of fate would point my way and got hit with a bout of COVID. Thanks god for Paxlovid that got me well for the work half of the trip but not for the fun part of the trip. With that said, I will move on from that and stop picking a that scab... LOL.

Today's upload to Hoth's Corner is some progress I've made on some GHQ buildings. My girlfriend was content with some free time so I hit a rare marathon of painting for about 5 ish hours... It amazes me how what you think you can get done, in that amount of time vs what you actually do. My current project centers around painting 13 of the GHQ city buildings. They are in various states of progress but I thought I would share a snap shot. Let me know what you think..

The first pic is of some work I completed about a month or two ago.. I got the base coat for the bricks but that was about it. Not sure if I shared this before but here you go.

The next pic is the same buildings with the side trip started and the slate roof.

Still need to do some touch up and another coat. The final picture is of two additional buildings that have the side trim one is a damaged building.

Lots more detail work to do but progress is starting to happen. I figured this is some good subject matter because not many people post buildings they work on.

Lookin' good so far, Hoth! I also have a number of these buildings to paint up one of these days. I am in the mood to paint some buildings but need to finish some other stuff first.

I am looking forward to seeing you next year. I will try to put on a good game.

Thanks Pete, I am trying so hard to stay focused but I have a bad case of hobby OCD. Wish I could stay focused like you appear to be. If you get around to the buildings, can't wait to see them..

As for next year's game, I am sure it will be great no matter what you throw together. Now I have a full year to learn the ruleset.
