Negative. New owner. The previous owner sold up shop because it wasn't lucrative enough to sustain him as a full time gig.

Yes, 2D6 is apparently under new ownership. It will be interesting to see what direction they go in. The previous owner and founder, Robert Fellows was a great guy and told me his reasons for leaving the business.

It’s great 2d6 will going. I really dig their infantry figures and their poses (although GHQ’s do have better proportions and details) and their quality control is on point.

G510 Sd.Ah.116 with /SdKfz 9 FAMO prime mover – with part tilt from GHQ G136 (nb. of about 2,500 Sdkfz 9’s built, only about the first 38 built had
a one-piece tilt. For all wartime production the vehicles had separate tilts for the cab & cargo areas).
G133 SdKfz 9/1 FAMO F3 with crane
CinC G108 “Sdkfz 9 Recovery Vehicle” – as can be seen here this is a very nice piece – I rate this marginally better than GHQ’s G136
“SdKfz 9/1 FAMO F3 with spade”. The CinC model comes with the usual separate cab & cargo bay tilts, and, the earth spade is correct!

Mis-cast & missing.

From my experience GHQ's quality control is pretty good. Although, I get it, it's a pain in the butt when you've spent your spare cash and packs arrive with models mis-cast or pieces missing. However, there can be solutions...

Examples. A couple of recent purchases had casting defects.

G587 Mercedes G3A – front left hand fender mis-cast. My solution: cut away the entire fender - depicting a vehicle with battle or collision damage - but still running.

G15 SdKfz 222 & 224 – front left hand wheel mis-cast. My solution: cut away the entire wheel and deliberately mangle the front end of the vehicle - depicting a recon vehicle that's hit a mine.

US68 "M2 155mm gun “Long Tom,” limbered with 7½-ton Mack NO prime mover". A while back I wanted to create a basic 4 gun battery of 155mm Long Toms. This meant purchasing three packs. The 4 deployed guns being in one pack of GHQ's beautiful US71 "M2 155mm gun Long Tom, deployed". The towed guns were in two packs of US68. However, one of the US68 packs were missing one of the pieces of the upper gun carriage. The solution was to hide the missing piece, so I eventually I ended up with a two guns with covers on the muzzle, upper carriage and breech, and, two guns with muzzle covers...
