I found a website today that offers stl files for various useful things. Although nominally for 28mm they should (apparently - 3d printing is still a mystical art to me) scale down to 1/285 with a resin printer.
No link, of course, but if you search for 'wowbuildings' you should find it.
STLs for Buildings, terrain, planes, vehicles etc.
