Weighting your kit

Post by panzergator »

One of the difficulties I have encountered with some models, particularly 3D printed ones is weight. They're too damned light. Perusing Youtube for an unrelated subject (audio gear), I came across what appears to be a quite useful product called Liquid Gravity. A dab of glue, pour over it some Liquid Gravity , and there ya go. Liquid Gravity is very tiny metal balls. I am ordering some today to try.

That sounds very promising, PG! I'm curious if that stuff is metallic enough to stick to a magnet? That would be a storage game changer if a small dab on the underside of a tank would make it stick to a magnetic sheet!

Had the same idea. Already have the magnetic sheets.

Yeah, I am with y’all on this. I hate when the wind blows turning over M109, wheeled artillery, Bradleys and Marders, Tigers, etc. Those hurricanes and tornadoes are a real bit(h. :D

I just checked an IPMS review of the product, and they said it's not magnetic. Hope they are wrong.
