I put in an order to take advantage of the current sale. I paid with PayPal and in the process pressed the return key which submitted my order before I entered SHAZAM.

Once I realized my error, I emailed customer service and asked if they could still give me the discount. And being the awesome company they are, they did!

Agree, there customer service is second to none.. There orders are always filled quickly and they always stand behind there quality. If I have found issues with a sculpt, they have fixed it without question.
