What GHQ color best represents the US Desert Sand currently used in Iraq?
It almost looks like GHQ Sand yellow or even the UK Sand yellow.
But, if you use either one, I would probably add a light brown ink wash then a dry brush of the same base coat then a lighter color to bring out the raised areas of the mini.
That would be my first guess.
