GHQ 1:1 Ruleset?

In an earlier thread, GHQ admin stated that they have a 1:1 ruleset that's been in development for a few years now. So my question is, when is it due to be released? Also does the current ruleset lend itself to 1:1 very easily? Thanks for the info! 
As I've just recently (in the last few weeks) gotten some WW2 Germans, and I'm getting ready to paint and base them, I'd hate to base them up for the 1:5 rules (which I also just recently got), only to have to start all over for 1:1 basing.
