Miniature Rules as Computer games

This might have been posted deep within another topic but it should have one of its own.
My WWII 1:1 miniature rules Panzer War has been adopted as the basis for Matrix games WWII tactical level computer game, Panzer Command: Operation Winter Storm. As they plan on several sequels for different theaters.

They have a forum site too. One of the amusing comments one of the players made is that it plays like a miniatures game not a real time simulation (RTS). My reaction is "I hope so."
If the series is successful they might even make the modern rules into a game, but that is a possibility far in the future.
