Road Grader

I am assembling the GHQ road grader and have a slight problem with the instructions regarding the rear wheels. The instructions state that there are left and right wheels, true. It then states that you glue them to the bottom of the frame. Problem that I have is this, the bar on the wheel is off-centre, which side goes up? I assume that the larger area should attach to the frame but am not sure. Anyone?

I ran into the same thing,if the wheels are not marked (L) or (R) remember the tread goes forward and I also found I had to do a bit of "bashing" to get them to fit,the next one I built I just filed off the back of the tire flat and used 5 min expoy I hope this helps.
