Is the chief's car (#51014) the old Suburban (#51002, I think) with a light bar added to the top?

If so, is the light bar just glued on, or are there holes in the roof?

My wife has a Suburban, and I've been regretting for a couple of years not getting one way back when...

The fire chief's car is the old Suburban with the light bar, searchlight, and grill guard/bumper. The whole model is one piece, so they are all attached.
