Thanks for all the help. I will have to check out those sites. I like the pin vise too because it allows me to stop before I drill through the model. Sometimes my dremel eats through something quick and next thing I know I have to puddy someting or put a bandae on. :lol:

I also use a micro drill to make the hole and use nylon thread with a drop of glue direct from the thread spool. I then cut the thread long and later cut it the correct length. This way I can do a whole regiment in an hour or so. Bent thread is ok since actually antennas are often "tied down" to avoid detection. I haven't seen any pictures of anyone doing that.
