Thank you GHQ for taking some positive actions to wipe out the SPAM. :D

Wow... four in one day! One more and we can give cama "ace" status!

Now all we need is for GHQ to enlist more of us into the "anti-spam forces"... we could get a little friendly competition going!!

Regards
Tom Stockton

p.s. Someone needs to "Photoshop" a GHQ tank and add little "spam kill" flags on it... Grant, do you have a mount of preference? WW II? Modern?

Grant -- and all,

There is one exception to spam -- and I'm talking about "real" Spam, the Hormel meat product that comes in a rectangular can -- have you you ever had it grilled over an open fire?

I'm talking about like you would with cooking hot dogs (or weiners, depending on what you may call them)...

(1) Open can of Spam; remove from can and set it "on end"

(2) Slice once down the "long axis"

(3) Slice each half into four equal quarters, perpendicular to your first slice -- you now have eight Spam "sticks", each about the size of a hot dog

(4) Place one or two on a weiner roasting stick, and cook over an open fire -- just like you would at a weiner roast. Cook slowly -- you don't want to burn this Spam! When the outside just starts to turn a nice golden brown on the edges, it is done!

(5) Place each "Spam dog" on a weiner bun and add condiments of choice -- I'm fond of a little mustard, some sweet pickle relish, a wee bit of chopped onion, and a little bit of cheese!

(6) Enjoy!!

Yeah, I know, it sounds kinda weird... but my late father used to make these occasionally when we'd go on a cookout, and they really are tasty!!

That kind of Spam is good!!

Regards,
Tom

LOL...Tom that was great.

I laughed so hard at that pic of the SPAM killer tank that I almost sprayed my tea on the keyboard.

Thanks for the laugh. :-)

Oh, Moderator guys...

I was scrolling down through the ten (or so) pages of posts -- and noticed there are a lot of:

(a) "long-dead" spam posts

(b) A lot of duplicate (and some triplicate and so on) posts back from about a month ago when the Message Board was having some difficulties -- someone called it SQL errors, if I recall correctly...

Time permitting... would you have a few moments to delete those "extra" posts? They are no more than an annoyance -- but it would help to "clean up" some of the junk here on the board...

Thanks!

Regards,
Tom Stockton
