I was just browsing through the GHQ-WW2 rules and noticed that the stats for the Grant are only (from what I can see) its 75mm main gun.
Thus, I'm wondering why there aren't any stats for its 37mm gun? (pg 44)
If there can be stats for it, then I think the stats for the M3 'Stuart' would work for it.

A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.

Well, considering the fact that there is only 1 'Joint Standard Fire Phase' in the whole system, other than Opportunity Fire during the Movement Phase, I wonder how this would work with the Lee/Grant.
In Step 4, Joint Standard Fire Phase, the player commanding the Lee/Grant can have either option of using the 75mm or the 37mm. Same would go for Step 6- Movement Phase and using Opportunity Fire.
The 75mm would be used for more AT shots and the 37mm for either Flank shots or taking on light armoured vehicles or soft vehicles.

The "official" answer to your question is found in the free Tank Game rules (a downloadable PDF under the free rules tab). On the weapons statistics table there is some small print on the right side which states that the second gun indeed uses the M3/M5 Stuart stats. Under section [10.0] Special Weapons it is stated that only one of these weapons (37 or 75) may be used per turn. It seems that this info slipped thru the cracks when it came to assembling the WW2 MATG rules.
