Modern: What is an ABS-17?

In Modern Micro Armour The Game rule book, page 115 it says the Soviets have:
2 x ABS-17/BMP-2(AT-5)

But I am not familiar enough to know what an ABS-17 is and I can't find a reference to it. Any help would be appreciated.
