New member saying hello

Post by Ranger257 »

Hello to everyone here I am new and just wanted to introduce myself. I am former army but not armor spent my time in the infantry. I am also a wargamer but always been fantasy and sci-fi so new to this both in content and scale.

Am mostly interested in playing out alternative history scenarios having found many nice maps of the world based on ww2 not ending when it did. And have also found your imagin-nations here very interesting and thinking about trying that out.

Am sure I will have a lot to learn here and looking forward to it.
Been there and not going back

Glad you could join us. Leather club chair over there by the fire. Cigars on the coffee table in front of you. Southern Comfort in the decanter by the cigars. Glasses and ice in the cooler. Help yerself. Kick off your LPCs and put those tired old dogs up. It's always after 1700 here. This is an old-fashioned club - "Hat on the bar buys the bar."

We are well aware of the felicity of combined arms operations. Welcome Ranger.

Welcome, Ranger257. If you enjoy maps of alternate history (WWII not ending when it did), then you should be attracted to the Wehrmacht '47 line.
