Georgy Tokarov, PROG representative to the UIN, rebuked the CofC delegation for the execution of hostile interference with the free movement of shipping through the Suez. "They manufactured a rumor of nuclear materials through their puppets, the Pakastanis, and had their Egyptian lackeys execute their unlawful search. And they found WHAT! They found the very materials we openly declared! Now we have a tragedy with the loss of a frigate to unknown, but hostile action. Doubtless they will seek to claim PROG was behind this heinous attack. But it was NOT us! All of our naval assets have been accounted for and were not involved. The fact they claim a harpoon missile was used proves us right! We have no access to weapons sold around by that imperialist power, America. We suggest the attack is misidentified or one of their "allies" isn't."

Henri Guroburov, first secretary of PROG, issued a full apology to Russia over the recent execution of a Russian national. He decried the miscarriage of justice and said the offender should have been deported for his crimes. Steps have been taken to ensure nothing like this could happen again.

Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, stated sales of fuel oil to PROG, suspended since 1993 would receive a review with an eye to considering resumption of sales. No official word was forthcoming from the Kremlin over this potential change in status for PROG.

The official response to the UIN. The Commonwealth of Chrisdom did not manufacture the narrative of any special weapons. The military leadership report this and made info available. That was based upon information father in India and transmission from PROG to India as detected by Russia, Putinville was very plain about the info and confirmed. Perhaps PROG set this up so they can be offended. Their leadership needs to understand the information exchange is not always exact and as precise as we would all like.

As for the Egyptians, it is their sovereign duty to their country and its citizens to evaluate risks. Egypt took it upon themselves to inspect ships that transit the Suez waterway (would be ** CENSORED **...but gets censored). Several other countries in the med had concern. Certainly in the context of the potential of a nuclear weapon shipment on a ship that was not protect with suitable security nor the ship and its systems. There were several conference calls with the political and military leadership of the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Monacodom, Italy, Bosnia, Czech Republic, Sicily, Libya, Macedonia, Chiakovia, Turkey, Greece, Isreal, Republic of Tripoli, Egypt, Sudan.Moroccodom, Algeria, Tunisadom, and NATO. As a matter of fact, inspections occur periodically for safety by various countries of cargo ships. Inspect manifest and cargo. 23 additional ships were inspected over the period of days Certificate of inspection was provided to the captain of the ship.

It seems that PROG and Gator State object to working with sovereign states of the world. I am sure that Egypt would not think that they are the 'lackeys' of the CoC. The Commonwealth is delighted that there were not any special weapon on board.

I don't believe you will find any statement from the Gator State objecting to anybody working WITH another nation. On the other hand, the Gator State DOES object to CocC, UIN, or anybody else working ON another nation. Regarding the latest incident vicinity Suez, the Gator State has offered no commentary at all. A guilty conscience, however, needs no accuser.

Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, has stated that fuel oil supplies to PROG will not be reinstated. However, a pipeline for delivering aviation fuel had been repaired.

Georgy Tokarov announced PROGs modest rearmament plans. "In the face of the reckless ambitions of the so called first world, PROG will be refurbishing its weapon systems and seeking new weapon systems. We will not be cowed by the interference of others in their attempts to subvert our international rights"

The CoC values open trade in the world and its waterways. We are against the proliferation of nuclear weapons (now that we have ours).

The CoC hopes that PROG is able to secure its energy needs. The Commonwealth Natural Resources Department is assisting several companies to consult with other countries to realize their full potential and uncover their natural resources. We have been working with Algeria, Libya, among others. Our work in the Canary Island helped them begin to realize their full potential economically speaking. Tourism is up since they have become members of the Commonwealth and exploring for sub-terra natural resources. So maintaining the environment is critical since tourism is an economic priority. So PROG, perhaps we can help you too.

Mikhail Tikonov, PROG Foreign Minister, regretfully announces the death of Georgy Tokarov, the PROG UIN minister and former justice minister. He was killed in a car accident in the American province of Washington, D.C., while driving to celebrations for the new year. His car was struck by a vehicle driven by a PROG delegation employee. The body will be returned to PROG at the earliest opportunity. The family has requested a private ceremony.

Is an investigation going to occur? Suspect Russian influence of the event and the death. How fast was the driver going, a T-bone crash? Being a leader for PROG could be death sentence (similar to Hillary notables). Ummmm.

We express our condolences on the accidental death of the Minister. I know he was looking forward to watching the college football bowl games. Sad.

Mikhail Tikonov, PROG Foreign Minister has announced the appointment of Marshall Sukorovski as the new UIN minister. "The Marshall will be travelling to the province of New York by ship. We look forward to continued cooperation with that organization despite the actions of aggressor states." Marshall Sukorovski is a hard liner within the PROG military. His appointment marks a shift in favor of the military within the government. He is travelling by ship as he is reputedly afraid of flying. As for their opposition to aggressor states, PROG is suspected of funneling weapons in to the Syrian regime. Despite receiving weapons from India in the form of "aircraft parts", the PROG military is unusually quiescent at this time. For CCNN, this is Blake Dyson.

(sadly my finance minister rejected my plans for an expansion on the glorious PROG military with those dreaded words: "don't you have enough miniatures already on your table?" Maybe we'll get something later in the year. One can hope)

I would suggest that a New Finance Minister be appointed, however it could be a 'Life' time role and you may need to listen to the FM. Is there any budget that is off-balance sheet, i.e. black finance of CIA secret budget? That is always good.

At least no large scale military conquests are expected in the near term for you.

It is always a mistake to have ALL your forces arrayed in the motor pool under circumstances which allow friendly and enemy agents to appreciate your full strength. My suggestion is a spreadsheet to keep track of it, suitably password protected, with 2/3s of the force in boxes... That keeps the finance minister from exercising inappropriate judgements regarding the adequacy of your forces. You can also keep phone photos of your units to help make decisions on purchase priorities.

Large numbers of Russian Federation troops are massing along the PROG border. In addition several long trains were observed loading tanks from staging areas near Moscow. Additionally a cruiser and several destroyers are reportedly taking on stores at St Petersburg and their crews recalled to duty. There has been no public word from the Kremlin on the military buildup along the PROG border. Calls to the PROG delegation to the UIN have gone unansweee. For CCCN. This is Blake Dyson.

The Balzac Republic, Camastan, and Northern Euro Alliance are addressing the issue, since they are on the scene. We are trying to determine purpose, potential target, mission. Is it Finland, Norway, a Baltic Country and/or PROC. What has GS determined?
