M1126 Stryker with Javelin

Post by Hoth_902 »

Just saw the posted picture of the Stryker with Javelin. I thought this was going to be the stryker with both the Anti aircraft and anti tank missiles. Has anyone seen a picture of a stryker with just the Javelin added like GHQ has designed there model? I saw a picture of it on another armored vehicle but not a stryker.

Wanted to see an actual photo of it on a vehicle.

Yes I have seen photos of that version of the stryker from the plant that they are being manufactured. I think you are referring to a model that General Dynamics has proposed
to the US and Canadian Militaries.
If you google Stryker Javilin there are photos.
The version I think you are referring to is the General Dynamics Stryker MSL, SHORAD (Short-Range Air Defense System)

I did a search using your example and found it. I now feel better about buying it. LOL. Now if they could make one with a Grenade launcher as well. I mean if they are going to make all these versions, why stop there.. and please put some external stowage either molded into it or that could be added on if desired. LOL Please please please.

Stowage needs to be an extra piece or separate pack. Molded on stowage is a no-sale for me. I like my vehicles tidy and easy to ID from a distance.

Extra Crispy,

I would agree that it should be separate,. People have different taste, so that would offer the highest amount of vehicle sales and make everyone happy because they get what they want.
