The new Yer Bouti administration has cut call diplomatic contact with Balzac, the US, UK and all members of the CofC.
All staff and family members have been expelled at short notice. Many left on two extra Air France flights today, many others in a long road convoy with UIN escort via the Northern boarder crossing towards Moroccodom.
Many other nations are reducing their diplomatic manpower to a lower level.

Yer Bouti cited gross acts of commercial and political fraud which have cost the country 100's of millions of dollars. Deception and meddling with the former governments approval and support have bleed the nation of enormous wealth.

The true extent of the oil and gas exports are only now coming to light. All this at a time most Bouitians had to deal with shortages and hight prices.

All oil, gas, production and storage facilities have been taken over by a new YB Army unit (Guards?).
The purge of the former State, Gendarmerie and military continues.

With the cutback of Yer Bouti staff at the various embassies, they cut staff by 1,2,3 or 4 people in each consulate. Wow, major reduction and influence in the world.

The task force is returning to port in Santa Cruz Island group, Food stocks are being resupplied, stocking the freezers, filling up the tanks. Some welding, which is usual for a naval ship, is being performed.

The drones have detected the exodus Gravel and dirt have been spread out and security increased along the northern border of Yer Bouti adjacent with West Sahara. Expanded the number of parking and also lanes for questioning of travelers. A regular fence, then barbed wire have been set up with razor wire behind that for the secure area. Metal detector and dogs are around. Some of the Moroccian Trekkers have been sent down on C-130s to the various points of entry. Increased flights with in the border by observation from aircraft and helos are being conducted, identifing some groups on foot. They have been secured. Some of the people were members of Al Kabab, and were carring weapons, they have been detained. The Tiger helos do a wonderful job providing fire support when those walking and choosing to fight. A somewhat eerie calm has descended upon YB City.
Large numbers are still filling the squares and parks but it seems order has for the most part returned. The police and Army are still out in great force.
Sheik Yer Bouti and his followers do now appear to have total control over the capital.

He has been giving direction to the Nation from different buildings in the city (the former gov't building is still under repair from last years attack) and has addressed several large crowds in open air meetings.



The Army is taking no chances with his motorcade. Only the "new" guard unit is involved.

Rumors, then intel and specific data indicate that Russia and perhaps some former Soviet members have supplied Yer Bouti with improved military weapons. Several cargo ships that have made trips into Yer Bouti with full loads later pulled out of the and the ships were riding higher in the water. The conclusion very heavy cargo was on board. Several 5,000 - 10,000 ton ships participated in the transfer into Yer Bouti. Some financial detail have come out that several million Rubles were paid to bribe officials to authorize the transfer of weapons against the UIN regulations.
A new resolution of inquiry was approved to determine the facts behind Yer Bouti's receipt of hardware. It is assumed that ammo was also on board some or most of the ships that were delivering 10-20 AFVs at a time. Putin rejects the theory of bribes and transfer of Russian military hardware to Yer Bouti.

An Infantry officer fearing he would be marked out in the ongoing purge of the YB Forces (head of the Abba fan club in YB city) has defected North across the boarder to Moroccodom.

While having no knowledge of the recent alleged shipments he did confirm changes to Infantry units around the country are taking place.
He claimed that without outside help the YB Forces already had.

He also confirmed a major MBT refurbishment program was under way but was unsure of the number of units involved.

Latest intel shows a dramatic increase in the size of the YB forces.
A lot of reserve equipment is being pressed back into service along with what must be newly imported unknown systems.

Resolution Proposal to the UIN:
Whereas, the Yer Bouti leadership, Sheik Yer Bouti IV, has just taken office under an illegal conducted election process, and
Whereas, the Russian government is spreading weapons to irresponsible nation-states, and
Whereas, the Russian government wants to sow the seeds of war, strife, conflict that leads to destruction, death, injury, homeless, and
Whereas, those in Yer Bouti are aggressively attacking citizens, ships on the high-seas, kidnapping, murdering and bombing various society,
Therefore, be it resolved, that the transport of military equipment, ammo, must cease immediately. All equipment must be returned to Russia.

Security Council voted to support this measure 13 - 1 - 1.

Regardless, the small peaceful Nation of Yer Bouti will make or buy any weapons needed to defend itself in a region beset by "invading powers."
We have not waited and shall not wait for their positive opinion or consent.

The new submarine Skegness was greeted in YB City today after its delivery voyage.
Also work is progressing on the 2,300 ton former Coast Guard ship recently acquired from China.
At just over 110 meters long the major refit will produce a potent fisheries protection vessel.

Looks like 15, 13 ayes, 1 nay, 1 abstention. A justified confusion between CofC and the UIN exists. CirC denies it, but the two seem to act in concert. The U.I.N. seems more than willing to consistently carry out CofC's bidding. I remain extremely skeptical of the whole thing. U.I.N. seems a convenient fiction, a cover for CofC's hegemonic ambitions. Gator State maintains vigorous defenses against air incursion should CofC try attack or troop insertion.

When the terrorist group, Al Kabab fixed the selection and then started the cleansing of the population of Yer Bouti, that is of concern. Don En Yer Bouti, the heir leader of Y.B. was the actually selected leader. But who counts the votes matters more than who is really selected.

Well his greatness Sheik Yer Bouti is safe but things could have been much worse!
The enlighten one was just about to arrive by helicopter for the long planed reconciliation meeting with Don En at a remote tea house.

Details are still coming in but it would seem that a near by army range was conducting a live fire exercise with a new kind of heavy MRL system.
A drone was being used to pass target information and a tragic misunderstanding took place.

The Sheik directed the pilot to land despite the ongoing danger to himself. YB Army staff were quickly on the scene but not before the Sheik had manage to pull the mortally injured Don En from the rubble.

It is reported in his final words Don En bequeathed his lands and wealth to the people of Yer Bouti and that they should unite under the one true Sheik.
The Sheik is deeply sadden by his friends passing and called for the remainder of Sunday to be a day of mourning. "He was a true martyr of Yer Bouti" he added.
"Such a tragic accident and just as we had resolved most of our differences, still the Nation building will continue, it's what he would have demanded".

Don En Yer Bouti death is sad for all in his family. His mother, the Queen in Exile, the Regal Bouti, is in Algers is mourning the loss of her first born son. although since she had triplets There is hope for the future of Yer Bouti. The Queen's second son Dick En, is flying to Rome to visit with the Pope in the Vatican City. Ah Jon En, the 3rd son and final triplet has already flown to Monaco, in Monacodom of the Commonwealth. The other 4 brothers are dispersing with one, Roberto going to Mauritania's capital Nouakehott, Jaque flying to Bamako of Mali, and where US troops are conducting some operations in Niger, Encert to Niamey.

The frantic reorganization of the YB Forces continues at break neck pace.
The hostile war-games of the CofC around the boarders of YB has united the population behind the new Sheik.
The amphibious invasion practice by the CofC to the South of YB has been taken with alarm being so close to the Nations capital.

Large amounts of artillery and MRL's are dug in South of YB City and a new armoured unit has deployed there too with T72's.
Most of the former Infantry Regiments appear to be receiving MBT/IFV and moving to a Mechanized Battalion structure.
Anti invasion drills will take place in the coming days.
The Air Force activated a new reserve squadron with Mig 19/21 this week and work is well under way on returning some of the older fleet back into service.
The State news broadcaster also reported brand new air defence equipment has been purchased from Russian along with several contracts to upgrade older legacy systems.

Interesting that Yer Bouti military and Al Kabab know what is happening 50-75 km from their border. This is and has been a training ground for several decades since low in population density. To the west is the highway, Highway 2 that runs from the south just to the west of Yer Bouti and to the north into Moroccodom.

The training is ongoing with joint force in Red-Blue from Chicovia forces. We have detected some aircraft flying right on the border, Mig 19s and Mig 21s. At times they haveactually crossed the border, then returned to the Bouti Air-hole (air-space). Notification has been sent to the UIN, NATO, and the Greater African Defense League. Perrier En Yer Bouti, a nephew of Shief 3, stated that this is dangerous by my country. Perhaps I must return to Yer Bouti to help.

It is said he has been wondering the highlands and mountains of the Sheikdom traveling alone among his people.
