NDA troops has begun to move into Kananaskis country in order to search for any Al-Kabab group members that may have hidden themselves among the refugees in Canmore.

As the NDA troops near Canmore they are met with a simple red and white wooden barrier across the road.
It is in an area called deadman's flats.
A large sign is in front of the barrier that reads "You are in a kill zone, stay on road".

A caller phones Q99 radio.

"The NDA has until midnight to vacate Kamanaskis"
"If a single NDA element is found in or above Kamanaskis at 00.01 Grande Prairie will be struck."

The NDA police and DNS agents has begun to trace that threatening phone call in order to track down the person and arrest him. meanwhile the NDA Soldiers at Dead mans flats knocked down the barrier and continued forward to Canmore.

The phone call was made by skype on a server via Luxembourg but could be from anywhere.

The bridges for Hwy 1, 1A and the railway line over the Kamanaskis river are demolished by pre placed charges.
There is now no road access to Canmore from the East.
You could back track to Hwy 40 and go down the Kamanaskis valley?
Or you can dismount and walk west toward Canmore through the trees?
Bang!.. you are now taking 50 cal sniper fire from the tree line on the mountains to your North (Grotto Mtn) and South (Three Sisters Mtn).

4h 45m until GP is a target.

What capability does the CFL have in hitting Grande Prairie? in that case we shall leave this mountain area alone for now, but as a warning if your little mountain country is hiding Al-Kabab and if you are supporting them, military action will be swift.

Kamanaskis will take in refugees but will not support any armed groups from anywhere.

Bang!... another 50 cal just hit a truck in the engine block.
All 50 cal sniper shots have been to the soft truck engines and one M113 turret not troops.
4 trucks holed one M113 crew in need of new underwear.
The road back East is clear and not mined, yet.
It is safe if you stay on the road and go East.

Thanks and not to worry the Tanks are equipped with Infrared and Night vision equipment, they will pick out the snipers easily.

Kamanaskis, just think of Afghanistan with a jungle thick canopy.
How hard could it be?

Gets cold quick in the mountains, them Leopards and Lavs sure have a few hot spots on them.
Looks great through the thermal imaging optics.

it can be yes snow storms are known to happen in that area, the NDA troops are out of the country, but puzzled if the CFLs supposed targeted attack on Grande Prairie was a bluff?

Since the capture of most of the visible members of Territorialist either by NDA for those that entered their state or by the RCMP or a local Sheriff, their activities have disappeared. Antifa is still raising their head, in one instance many had their heads busted by loggers, moose ranchers and annoyed locals.

It does seem to be an issue with other groups and states in the Canadian sphere.

Territorialsâ€™ are forming up.
US NW territorial guys not happy with the New Canadian Govt, it is weak minded. Go in to various countries, our soldiers get creamed.
. The government leader types can go back to their Maritime Fishing Provinces. We want the rest of Karmaaskis. The Prime Minister nor the Ambassador carry any respect. Cannot have a meeting. The people of Canada do not respect them.
. Finally, the government listened to the people for medical cannabis.
So with that in mind, we are forming several militia units, we expect more to form up: 1. to keep the government out of the other provinces that are not the 3 Maritime Fishing provinces. 2. to regain the respect that we had in the world, it is void, non-existant. 3. build our trade and economy, especially exports.

AL-Kabab in New Canada??? We got our military to respond to this threat from the terror group, reinforcements from the nearby provinces of Quebec and Ontario are enroute to Guard and screen the entrances to the maritime provinces to prevent their escape.
