The Commonwealth of Chrisdom is under agreement to purchase at least 48 SU-30 Flankers with options for up to 200. The price point is significantly less than for SU-34 and the SU-35 variants, yet still considered to be Generation 4 LIGHT aircraft.

Most of the variant are planned to be ground based aircraft, many to be based on islands of the Canary, Azores, Balearic, Sardinia, Corsica, etc. The SU-30 was designed to match the F-15 C, to be superior to it. The Su-30 has greater range than FA-18 C/D models. The package will include AA missiles, missiles and bombs for ground targets and also for naval attack weapons. Future options include similar planes and also some may be built for naval role and landing on carriers.

Mig-29 are being considered for naval ships since they are smaller, even though they have shorter range than SU-30. These will have similar fighting capability as the Flankers. Price is lower than the SU-30. This is much lower than the western aircraft options.

The Commonwealth would like to open Embassy in the NDA capital, they do seem like nice people, although a bit brutish at times.

Canary Island Conference with Yer Bouti and the Commonwealth.
The conference took a quiet intermission for over a week in the Canary Islands between Yer Bouti and the Commonwealth of Chrisdom & Moroccodom. Most of the issues are between Morocco and Yer Bouti, related to West Sahara. Med-level and low-level representative are to discuss issues that need to be worked on in detail to find solutions.

Many of the ships that were around the Canary Islands left. Arrival of new ships to protect the area include Adelaide with 24 F-35B, DDH-2 with 18 helicopters and 4 F-35B. Support ships are also in position along with Naval Infantry, vehicles, and AA assets, etc.

The base in Yemen on the island Socotra is progressing well. The workers are doing well, appreciating the favorable work, working with equipment to help with the fences around the base and facilities of the base. Building being worked on, the docks, water and electrical deficiencies are being corrected. The airport runways are being extended, hangers are being improved and new ones added. Barracks and other living quarters are being worked on.

This grants more territory of West Sahara to the Bouti Peoples, which is to the south of Yer Bouti City and includes the port 30 miles south of YB Port. Thus another 20 mile of land to the south.
. This would require that the Commonwealth leave 1/2 of a training facility in the area. West Sahara will remain with 2/3 of the territory, with over 1/3 north and under 1/3 south of YB with some land east of YB. The Commonwealth team in the Canary Islands is discussing the land transfer. Also to remove any equipment and hazardous material. Evaluation of the land area is being conducted. YB members are welcome to join in the on site observation.

Brightstar: Tankfest 2018 is off to a great start. Artillery units are firing away, making a lot of noise and destroying a lot of sand and rocks. The Armor unit are in platoon firing for the day time at static targets. The mechanized infantry is also in platoon competition for the day assault. More day time assault is scheduled, then evening/night time assault on the same terrain at the same targets for safety.

There were two incursions by the NDA, one a flight of 6 Wildcats, radio transmission to exit commonwealth airspace was transmitted multiple times, and 2 flights of fighters were sent to intercept them, but they did turn around. Shortly after that, a flight from YB airport of 5 F-15 took off to intercept the Commonwealth interceptors. Ground air defense units opened fire on the F-15s. One was shot down, two chutes opened. The navigator was seriously injured and was flown to the hospital on the base that is conducting the Bright Star competition. He is at St Gandi Medical Center at the Patton Armor base. The pilot is being questioned to determine the events that lead to the F-14s crossing into West Sahara north of Yer Bouti.

All Commonwealth aircraft have returned safely to base. The CNNN, Wolfe-Liar's show did interview the PR Major at the airbase east of Rabat, Major Wynters, "two planes did return prior to entering the zone of engagement, had engine trouble with one and the other one was not able to effectively locate enemy targets. They are being worked on currently. Otherwise it was great success, the bandits left our airspace, hopefully it will not happen again."

As events play out, 3 known attack subs have entered the area off the coast of Moroccodom and nothern West Sahara. It is reported that other subs have been in the area including the Lafayette SSGN and La Triumphant, but no one knows for sure where they are, their cruise missile range is over 1000 NMs.

Two type 23 frigates and two Perry class frigates are off the coast of Moroccodom and West Sahara on patrol following the coastline from 2 to 8 nautical miles from shore, heading no closer than 2 miles north of YB line to stay out of their zone.

A flight of A-4s and F-4 Phantoms jets flew from southern West Sahara to Cape Verde JTF airbases. Phantom armed with Air to air missiles only. The A-4s armed with Penquin missiles and 2 Sidewinders each. The flights were mixed and made a wide route around the NDA task force.

Two of the Commonwealth subs are under sail along with several escort and logistic ships. They are heading east in the Med to the base on the Island of Socotra. The ships included are two type 23, an LCS, two Visby Class and 2 Kilo Submarines. There are 6 supply and logistics ships to provide supplies to finish the planned work of the JTF Base Socotra.

Noted is the common wellbeing of the members, the joint partnership and shared responsibilities and self control and direction, individual defense and joint defense, infrastructure, trade and economic advantages, etc. countries that sent representatives to the City Monaco in Monocodom are Nigeria, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Niger, Burkina Faso, Senegal and Guinea.

The NDA did send team to retrieve their downed F-14. the pilots had been sent to Spain already, and reported to have been picked up so under the care of the NDA. The F-14 frame was damaged significantly by the explosion and the impact with the ground, missing part of the starboard wing and the cockpit forward to the nose was not available with the remains except some pieces of metal and shattered glass, metal and plastic.

It is and should be part of Yer Bouti".

Nigeria, has had some riots after the agreements made to become members of CoC. In the Upper House Nigeria will have 2 representatives as all other members. In the Lower House Nigeria will be the largest voting block with 20 members, more than double that of any other member. Ghana would have 6 members, as this is based upon population.

Recruiting for CoC military is beginning. There will be some inductions from the Nigeria military. Nigeria will be know as 'Nigeria' and also as 'Nigeriadom', both as official names of the country. Ghana will have that and 'Ghanadom' as official names. The citizens have spoken that they have a strong cultural identity. So it is.

Current situation, flight of Meteor jets airbourne, challanging our ability to fly in International Waters. Support air wing launched. All ships are on 3 minute battle station alert.
