The CoC helping with the Moroccodom National Guard trying to get the technology systems online. Have a 'hack-attack', we have work to do. Gosh does everybody have a Cyber Security Branch of the military? We don't, maybe we should....

Progress continues on Socotra, with infrastructure to build the logistics capabilities and the Joint Task force portion of the base.

Nigeria, NNNN (Nigerian National New Network) report by Nile Nigin, "most people are happy or delighted with the membership in the Commonwealth. Economic opportunities and great defense and capital. Some people are skeptical feeling they will not have their independence. Some bombs were set off in the last 3 days killing 7 and injuring over 30 people. Many have been recruited for the Nigerian Army since many are transferring to the Commonwealth Army where there is better pay even thought they will be away from home most likely, about triple the average pay in Nigeria. Expect to have upgraded equipment overtime is the expectation according to un-named sources."

Ghana and Cote d'Ivorie (Ivory Coast) membership is allowing for economic opportunity, Ships have arrived bring people and equipment for construction. Plan to beef up the air capability of these two countries. Plan to train pilots for A-4s, A-7s, A-6 Intruders, F-4 Phantom, F-8 Crusaders. Also considering Mirage planes as F-1, Mirage 2000, Mig-29 and Su-30. Will need to see what abilities, planes and resouces that these two new members have and what will be best for them and the Commonwealth. C-130, An-12 for support will probably be the most common planes to support these two members.

Seeing the support of these two countries to their economies, infrastructure and military, other countries are expressing interest at membership. the Commonwealth has plans to help countries grow their economies by lowering tax rates for stimulating business and employment. To help improve the banking system of these countries.

The Treasury Department of the Commonwealth of Chrisdom has a public announcement.
The spending for the new members of the Commonwealth has required some liquidation of US Treasuries, UK bonds, Bundesbank Bonds and cash of. The military vehicles is has not been the issue as many of that was on hand for the Military Surplus and Supply Corps. The cost has been the highway system construction in Mali, Mauritania, the port facilities in Socotra, Lagos in Nigeria, and other port facilities. Have spent, encumbered or plan to encumber combined to the tune of $80Billion.

The Transportation Dept is planning to issue bonds to finance some of the road work and rail work including ports. Bonds can be issued in CoC $, US $, GBP.. Bonds will be issued in series and with 2 term bonds.

By ship, sending AMX-30B2 to Ghana and Ivory coast, along with AMX-10P, Eland 90, Eland 60 (also known as AML-90/60s), VBC90. To train the military personnel on these vehicles, trainers, maintenance staff are being flown in along with ammo & parts.

The Treasury Dept announces that "there are indications of interest for just over $36B of the offering of $80B to be made public. $32B have been placed, an implied AAA rating, AA+ by Fitch Rating Service. Average rate of interest is 2.4%, at 2 tenths higher with the AA+ rating vs AAA rating."
. Parliament has heated discussion on the debt and cash flow crisis. Lower House member Kreech, "are we accepting other countries as members in the Commonwealth too fast, too quickly. are these peoples just wanting the infrastructure and not wanting to help pay for their own prosperity? Are we to pay the cost for the over 250,000,000 new citizens and expect nothing in return? The administration needs to slow down allowing members into the Commonwealth, it is unfair to the existing citizens. Certainly not to pay for major projects immediately. We have a capable military, a diverse citizenry, strong financial, technology, medical, construction & business sectors among others. The Commonwealth has substantial financial resources that have been acquired over the decades, we should not spend it in a few years."
. There is discussion by Nigeria to increase the size of its military including those serving in the Commonwealth, from 200,000 to 300,000 or more. It would improve employment and the finances of our citizens, help to create wealth. 20,000 professional soldiers were moved to the Commonwealth Army units, which pays significantly better than Nigeria Army. The Commonwealth has and is sending over 200 AMX-30B2 in inventory and acquired from France surplus. Nigerian personnel will be training on this tank. There is still concern of Boko Haram insurgency which continues. AML 90s and 60s, for scouting and patrol, are also being sent to help protect the country and the citizen of the Commonwealth and Nigeria. Some to be off-loaded this week, then to begin training.
. A dozen Tiger helos are being transferred from Moroccodom to Nigeria along with a dozen Rooivalk and 18 NH-90, and 24 Lynx helicopters to help with border protection and counter.insurgency.

The Commonwealth Treasury Auction has been a disappointment to say the least, The total subscription of issued face amount is $49.7B, over $30B less than was wanted. With that in mind new construction is not being approved In Nigeria, Ghana and the Ivory Coast except the ports.

The Nigeria Military is paying up to additional 100,000 people, although the funding is coming from the Commonwealth since the Nigerian soldiers, sailors are paid at a lower rate than Commonwealth personnel. Nigeria is requesting better tanks than the AMX-30B2, wanting something along the lines as the parade units in Monacodom, which use LeClerc, VBCI, Centurauo, Ariete, etc for regular monthly parades. The CoC only has a few companies or a few battalions of LeClercs for parades. They look realy nice in the 3-tone NATO when washed. The Commonwealth are sending even more AMX30B2 to Nigeria, but the training for the new enlisted personnel will take time through Basic Training, then Basic Armor school, including the mechanic training, then Advanced Armor school.
. The CoC is trying to purchase more surplus AMX30B2. About 600-800 seem to be laying around or available. Purchase was made of surplus items from SADF including Eland 60/90, Rooikat, Ratels. The initial outlay was very low, the PARTS order is more, 1/2 up front. So $2B was send, the other $2B over 4 years. Some of the Rooikats and Ratels may go to Moroccodom, to Nigeria, and to the Commonwealth
. Talks continue with YB on the expanded territory they will have from treaty written 100 years ago towards the end of WW2. Some people have already moved south in the what has been known as the southern sector of West Sahara. A 100,000 residents are affected with this change along with over 8,000 Yer Bouti citizens that left YB when the Shake IV took over and prevented his brother and a cousin from taking over. Some are moving to the Northern sector of West Sahara.

An inquiry from Camastan was just received to become a member of the Commonwealth of Chrisdom. Much joking aside since the idea become public by the Gator State(GS). The GS has a well documented habit of infecting the Commonwealth with hacking, malware, spyware, and viruses. The postmark is from the GS, but we will make a phone call none the less.

May your nether regions be infested with lice and ticks for making such a dastardly allegation. Frankly, CofC, the Gator State prefers direct fire weapons to bugs and gas. B & G are too unpredictable. A tank gun hits where you point it. So the thought that GS might use B&G is laughable. No doubt CofC has contracted a veritable cornucopia of afflictions from poking its nose into various and sundry places. But that is on CofC. GS has nothing to do with it.c

The Commonwealth has received information expression their concern of a threat by other nation-states wanting to reunify Canada. They expressed their lack of desire to do so.
The Moose Alliance as of now doesn't want to become a member of Canada since the split.

The Moose Alliance does not have the population or military to defeat the NDA. May be able to hold a line somewhere, but not out right defeat NDA, and perhaps others.

Gator State: The 'nether regions are some areas in eastern Mali, north-eastern Nigeria and west-central Ghana that may have lice and ticks in abundance.
We do have a cornucopia of afflictions from helping the citizens of the world. some with medical aid and relief during times of catastrophe.

Flights of C-130 and C-141 have left the CoC in Moroccodom, Monaco and in Nigeria, and Tripoli, heading west and others heading over the north pole. Refueling tankers are airborne. The Wolf asks, "are there any other planes that have taken off besides the C-130 and C-141 transport planes?"
. The spokesperson, Major Tom replies, "yes as I said, tankers are airborne, too."
The Wolf, "besides the tankers, the C-130, and C-141, are there any other planes airborne heading west and/or north?"

CirC is obviously ignorant of the inference, but that is not unexpected. While the Gator State greatly regrets the breakup of Canada, it has absolutely no intent of acting against a people's right of self-determination nor a government's right of self defense... Even that most hypocritical of states, CofC. Gator State will simply continue to hone its tactical and operational skills, as well as its gunnery. Oh, do the crews LOVE GUNNERY!

The NDA and the other nation states has expressed there deepest concerns over the Moose Alliances rather startling response at the talks, our idea for a unified Canadian Armed forces was a fair and honest one, will come up with an alternative plan for the military at a later date, right now will shift our focus on the economy hoping to get things back on track.

By the way what are CofC aircraft doing in the north pole anyway?

"CofC Aircraft this is NDA Arctic station Franklin your entering restricted airspace please alter course intermediately", a flight of CF-18s and CF-101s has taken off to intercept the transports while a NDA naval task force sets out to patrol the Arctic Ocean.

We are not any where near you. We are flying in on transmitted flight plans to the 3 northern most Nations, which have invited us: Yukon, Northwest Territories, ans Nunavut. We are being guarded by forward patrol of EC-130, F/A-18, F-8. Main flight area has a few more with tankers.
. As I understand F-15 out of Alaska from Alaska National Guard are on patrol and pursuing you. Not sure if they are looking for any payback. We are not the only CoC assets in theater. We do not expect any further trouble

Delegation from CoC and the Moose Alliance in Ottawa for discussion of new Canada. Ottawa serving as new points with leaders and opposition party representatives.

The Balzac Republic has expressed desire to become members of the Commonwealth. Delegation flew out to Balzac Republic to accept them in the Commonwealth. We have had a long trading alliance with Balzac for several years, including sharing of military equipment and support.

The flights into the various states of the Moose Alliance have all landed at various bases. All planes refueled. The transport planes flew out within 4 hours of landing. They unload equipment, boxes, vehicles and troops. Several ships landed in Yukon at small fishing port, at Tuktoyaktuk, NWT; Kuglugtuk, Nunavut; and Churchill, Manitoba. Troops and convoys are taking instructions from Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and Manitoba to operational deployment.
. It was reported that two soldiers in Yukon were injured in an accident and one died in the crash and he fell into the water which is very cold. His remains are to be flown back on the next series of flights.

The NDA and Imperial Quebec will monitor the situation in the territories, an IQ BattleGroup has left there northern naval base in Salluit Quebec, consists of 2 Richelieu class Battleships, Jacques Cartier, and the Samuel De Champlain, the Bearn class carrier St Laurence, and 6 St Laurent class destroyers, 3 flights of Mirage 2000s along with 2 flights of CF-86 Sabres, the battle group will link up with the NDA Arctic fleet at Peel sound, a small flight of Greenland Nationalist Air forces F-100 Super Sabres and F-16s have also joined in on the battlegroup, the Nation of Greenland has always been a proud ally of Imperial Quebec and thus a friend of the NDA. Where here not to wage war but to enforce our sovereign control over arctic. And we would like the CofC to leave.
