Ben Franklin-LaFayette II sub just left port at Reykjavik, Iceland with two Kilo attack subs. Type 23 Frigate on patrol 14 NM south of Greenland.
Delegation flying into Nuuk, Greenland to meet with Ambassador and leadership of Greenland administration. Greenland Prime Minster, Hon Mr. Kim Keilsen and former PM, Aleqa Hammond among others meet with the CoC delegation. Discussed the presence of CoC personnel, including military. They expressed their sovereignty, we are welcome with proper documentation/flight plans, etc. We have been long time friends of meany members of the Commonwealth and would like to continue.

The Arctic is for the world, not for one or a few countries. It is for the people to preserve the natural habit of the Arctic for future generations. I am sure that if the Russians-Putinville send a flight over the Arctic and get shot-down (which happens intermittently) they would respond since in territory that has navigational rights. CoC is asking for permission to forward base a flight of bombers, support, and flights of fighters and attack aircraft to protect flights to support our allies in time of need. PM Keilsen deferred decision on this topic. But he said that he would call NDA first thing to express his concern of the buildup and the aggressive stance that the NDA has taken.

The NDA along with Imperial Quebec and there ally the Nationalist Republic of Greenland, has patrolled the Arctic ocean for years to keep the shipping lanes open, and to prevent any illegal oil drilling activity that would damage the environment and we will go to great lengths to achieve such goals, thats why we have maintained such a stance plus we have small outposts scattered through out the area as a way of maintaining such security. again we dont want to start a war we just want the Arctic to be left alone.

Great that you want the Arctic to be left alone, so leave it so it will be alone. Not concerned about your bases around the area. If you have any 'military' bases that are there for any period of time, you have violated the UIN Charter. Science, Research only. The Brits, Americans, Russians, Sweds, Norwegians, Chinese, have research for science. Not military.
. As for the NDA patrolling the Arctic for all of several years since Canada broke up. So your 5-6 years as an independent state is considered very new. As for flights and shipping, we will continue as we choose to. Besides, we have a surplus of oil production that is in the world market along with other natural resources.

Greenland in our meeting was very nice. Just reluctant to permit using forward deployed bases. However, they did give their assurance that if needed, they would remove NDA, Imperial Quebec forces, stations from their territory, and enforce it if necessary. Please be careful of those WW2 minefields. You should have ensure that the tanker the hit a mine did not have to worry about the mine field. News reports was that the ecological damage was worse than you stated, although not a major disaster.

Perry Class frigate, 39 has identified a submarine that is NDA, two convergent zones away. Shorty thereafter, another potential target was detected following us as we headed north. We sent a helo out and it disappeared in the rocks of an island about 35 NM east of us. Believed to be NDA sub.

Launch of several P-3 from Iceland and southern Greenland (which isn't green). From Carnary, Azores, Cape Verde, Socotra, and a few other Island groups are P-3 patrols for surface and sub-surface search. They are on search missions. Satellite feed coming in search of any ship or task force from Imperial Quebec and the NDA.

Bond prices have fallen, hence interest rates have risen on the long bond for financing from 2.2% to 2.95-3% area, due to concerns of conflict with NDA Large sell off by insurance companies holding CoC paper. Jaquce Spurance, a trader with Bears Stern said, "it doesn't look good, wars are inflationary, and there is a risk of losses. We will be ready to buy back in when and if the outlook improves."

Our outposts in the arctic are research outposts run by the University of Grande Prairie. the NDA and Imperial Quebec navy fleets are steaming out of the arctic in a non aggressive stance and the aircraft has returned to there bases.

Elsewhere in Quebec the Suffren class Cruiser Sherbrooke along with 2 St Laurent destroyers where out on coastal patrol when it spotted a drone flying near the entrance to the Saint Lawrence seaway believed to be of CofC origin and fired flares in an attempt to drive the drone out of port.

As for the supposed NDA subs all of our subs are still in port.

The Navy forces, all threat levels have been reduced. Northen Europe, near Imperial Quebec, NDA are at threat level yellow 2, Southern Europe, Africa reduced to Green 1.
. P-3 aircraft, search for Syrian and Russian ships and subs. P-3 Group ‘G’ return to Iceland at soonest opportunity, without risk. G-7, stay at 30 miles from NDA Task Force, observe only, video record. If trouble leave area. Reserve limit of fuel, 20% remaining.
Fleet and TF commanders observe from distance, stand down to training, patrol level 3.

Visitation Task Force docked at Port Moresby, Papau New Guinea. Several ships went to Solomon Islands for port-o-call.

Recall 2 of the Ben Franklin class subs within two weeks, after some training for torpedeos and cruise missiles. The other 4 Franklin, Madison, Lafayette, and Lewis & Clark will continue their training and patrol.
. The last three have been delivered a year ago, and conducted training with Orange and the Blue crews, the Royal Colors of the Commonwealth. These are the G.W., Key, and Will Rogers. Their training base is in the Med on Americus Island.
. Each of these subs have 4 torpedeo tubes and then 16 vertical launch cases of which two carry C-4 Trident missiles, the other 14 carry cruise missiles: Harpoon, Tomahawk, S'LAM, T-LAM, and Standard SM-3 ER AA missiles. Not all are identical, but that is the official layout. Some will carry submersibles with special operations teams. Typically, those will not carry Tridents, using space for launch and equipment.
. The Midway is going into dry dock as the Constellation will be returning to active duty.
. Battlegroup-Task Force may become standardized around a CVS Forrestall Class, Illustruious, Class, Canberra, a DDH, 2 Tico, 2 Burke or Type 45 and 3 Frigates and two subs. Logistics and supply ships as needed. Amphib attached as needed .The Fire Support Monitors more for local issues typically as their speed is slower than the support ships.

News Flash from the NDA.

The IQ Government strives to look after these former French Overseas Territories in North America and the Pacific, ever since France Joined the Commonwealth of Chrisdom, the people on those islands voted to be with Quebec, rather then be pawns to some Mediterranean nation, and they appreciate IQ's hospitality greatly.

France has apparently become a member of the Commonwealth!! Viva le France!!!
It is still a Republic in the Commonwealth. They were persuaded by actions of NDA and the Canadian Reunification Movement.
. The Commonwealth is thrilled to have France as a member of the Commonwealth. We will help to establish emigrants, which is a concern to France and their citizens. There is work to be address for the 67 million citizens of France joining the Commonwealth. France will provide a lot of leadership to the Commonwealth.

Since the Canadian Reunification Movement has spread, concerns have subsided with this effort. The Commonwealth has held discussions with members of the Moose Alliance. All have agreed that political and social issues are moving in a positive direction. The CoC military and political advisers in the theater have suggested that we make withdraw our forces. Some may be still in country for a month as shipping returns equipment and soldiers. Might not be using aircraft as much for the draw down. but that can be discussed if desired.

Construction continues on the ports in Nigeria, roadway and rails in Mali. Major airports and military ports will have an evaluation of the runways to determine needs. Communication infrastructure will be evaluated.

Oil production an Algeria as contract for some of the business resource companies continues. The sale of oil in the world market brings much needed cash in for Libya and the CoC.
. Nigeria has asked if the CoC would transfer 100,000 of their soldiers to the CoC military, most are in their army. The plan would be to recruit more soldier into their full time national guard. The CoC plan would be to conduct training in Nigeria initially, then transfer as need for the benefit of the Commonwealth.

The NDA did not persuade the people from those French Overseas islands to join Imperial Quebec, they acted on there own accord, as they protested aginest France for being a member of this Mediterranean nation, so they turned to Imperial Quebec for help as they see them as the New France and the IQ Government welcomed them, today those islands are patrolled by Imperial Quebec navy ships stationed at St Martian and Guadeloupe in the North Atlantic, and in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the Pacific.

A bomb exploded in Kumasi, Ghana at the police HQ, it was a series of bombs. Inside by a suicide bombers in a case are the first reports. Then a car bomb about 7-8 minutes later, then two grenades were thrown into the crowds watching. Over 60 people died on the scene. Over 100 were taken to a hospital, some were attended out side in the fading light as there was not any room or beds. At the hospital, a gunman started firing his AK-47, killing over 12 before he was shot by police officer who was helping the wounded. Tragic state of affairs.
. A complete and thorough investigation will occur to find those responsible and bring them to justice (or a lynching).

The Legislative Branch of France and the President, Emmanuel Macron, concur that a strong alliance should be made with the Commonwealth, but NOT to become a member of the CoC. We can work together on military, civil, government, engineering projects. But each one should be by choice and by the freedom to choose. Not as a member. We have the common goal of Peace in the world, for economic opportunities.

That being said, France is dismayed that the NDA inside Canada has expansion plans of France's territory. "This shall not stand". Macron said, "the NDA is a rogue country, one that keeps trying to take land and people from other free people. If they do not stop this inflammatory action, they will not like the result. NDA has a habit of taking from others. France has faced leaders and people like this before, 100 years ago we fought one world war and 20 years later another. This madness must end."

The Government of Yukon has asked the CoC if they would have their troops and equipment remain in country. That the CoC is welcome to consolidate their forces that were deployed in the Moose Alliance territory in Yukon. "We want to remain free and independent", said State Dept Minister Gong. "The NWT has similar views, but has not decided as of yet which direction they will go."

There is heavy armor activity in Chad near the border, people have crossed into Nigeria. there have been some executions in Chad according to the refugees. Type 59-69 tanks have been identified along with APCs. Besides those being shot, there is an build up of military personnel in the general area along the border with Niger-Chad. Or visitation task force is having wonderful visits in the Pacific Ocean. The ships and enjoying port-o-call. Papua New Guinea is looking for to increased trade, their teak wood is great for very nice homes and verandas. Drones did detect several ships few days ago heading south by south-west.... the NDA fleet. Not sure if the detected the U-47 ACAV. No aggressive action.

The NDA reported that France was a member of the CoC, When it fact it isn't. It had been proposed by Asst Minister in the State Dept. But with discussion of President Macron and other government leaders, they want closer ties that those that exist already. France has filed a complaint to the UIN that NDA is assaulting French civilians around the world, invading their territory around the globe.

As for America, the US is our closest ally, Pres Rump is reported, "The Commonwealth of Chrisdom has been a great ally of the US, they are great people over there, they work hard, do great work. I am happy, not ecstatic to have the Commonwealth as a faithful friend. Now, as for NDA, they have tried to take the Great State of Alaska from us, There are wonderful people there, truely wonderful. I like them in Alaska, you should visit Alaska when you have the opportunity to visit. NDA, oh, they are a pest, an little insect that just bothers you, you know."

France is demanding that the Security Council of the UIN meet to condemn NDA to the unprovoked occupation and control by their military. President Macron is considering a visit to speak to the UIN General Assembly.

The group of soldiers is moving toward the Yukon territory as requested. Some have set up base camps in NWT. The escort ships are on patrol being diligent in their survey or air, space, sea and land. The Lewis and Polk and Marshall are supposedly on patrol having made fast transit under the Arctic Ice Pack. They are on patrol to defend the naval task force ships of the Commonwealth.
. The US has delivered another 320 cruise missiles, SLAMs, Harpoons, and 108 SM-3ER SAM missiles to the CoC.

The NDA does not control those French Overseas territories, its Imperial Quebec that controls the islands nor was it an unprovoked takeover by there military, again the people living on those islands came to Imperial Quebec by a fair vote, as they where angered by France's membership to the CofC, it robbed them of there French identity. however they did say recently they will return to France if that nations CofC membership gets revoked and its just an Alliance.

And as for that incident in Alaska that was a result of Russia's meddling.

France was never a member of the Commonwealth of Chrisdom. They are an ally to be sure. Their 'membership' came from a minister in NDA that spread this rumor. Apparently to cause turmoil in the relationship and as an opportunity for the NDA to acquire some French soil across the globe. CNNN's Wolf's Liar with the Wolfe speaking to Minister Davoud from NDA Dept of State and other Affairs, "Minister, why did you announce that France had become a member of the Commonwealth?" Davoud replies, "well, we knew it wasn't true, but they have a close relationship. Some in our government wanted the opportunity to help other people across the globe, We believe in hegemony of the NDA. Unforntunately, Alaska did not want our help, the 5 members of the Moose Alliance dont want our leadership. But we know that we, the NDA can help Canada reunion and then help others in the world such as the French speaking people of the world. We have Quebec for example. That's what we are trying to do."
Wolfe, "what Russian meddling in Alaska took place, I am not aware of any?"
Davoud: "oh we thought that with oil prices, Alaska not directly connect to the US, that we could run Alaska better. We are up north too, so we know what to do better than those people in the sun."

Those French people are mis-guided and so are those Commonwealthers, they are so 'common'. Just because the US, France, and the CoC don't see it does not mean that it is not true. Even now we have visits in Australia, New Zealand, St Marten, etc., where we are helping by controlling their bad predicament to make it better, much better..
