Leo bridge

Post by panzergator »

Catalogue pic of Leo bridge is up in New Items. Great-looking piece.

Yep, a work of art.

On the other hand, That's a lot of money for one bridge, is in the case of the Brit Titan. We get two Wolverines, and an AVLB plus two CEVs. It makes it tough when you want two bridges per battalion. For my separate armored brigade (no, I don't mean ABCT), I require at least 6, preferably 8! And I am still working on my divisional engineer battalion, too.

There is quite a suite of supporting units, even without buying all the trucks! Engineers, ADA, ARTY, recovery vehicles! ARGHHHH! IT'S NEVERENDING!

I have to agree, it does look amazing. I also agree it's a lot, but I can not complain. I purchased the Titan and could not be happier. Well accept for the small trim job I had to do so that the bridge would fit properly on the carrier. But the detail is superb. For that matter, the british tank recover vehicles are amazing as well. My hat is off to the "MASTER" sculpture.

GHQ, keep up the great work

Do we know if the bridge is a one piece casting, or is it two pieces so it can be emplaced?

The bridge appears to be similar/identical to the Abram Bridge layer, So therefore I believe the bridge is two pieces. So it can be glue on the Leopard hull and bridge support structure or deployed.

Yeah it’s a riddle why only one bridge in the pack for 11.95 and yet I can buy a
pack of the Wolverine bridgelayer and get 2 for the same price as the leopard pack. Unless it has that much more pewter in the one casting. I’m not knocking it just can’t figure out why. Either way it’s a beautiful casting.
