The CoC is delighted to have extended an invitation of membership to K-Country. A new country that has confirmed its independence and freedom. As all members of the CoC have freedom for their citizens and pursuit of happiness, many thought K-Country might benefit.

Later determined to be an pressure point with 4 122mm rounds connected. Ready for an ambush, felt the presence, but no attack. Seemed to disappear. Taking 2 hours to be ready, to look after the destroyed vehicle and the crew. Decision to camp there for the night, Set up pickets and surveillance, sending drones forward down the road and on the flanks and rear areas. A few detected 2 miles away of men on foot going the other way.

VZ
In pursuit of Al-Kabab members the convoy that hit the mine/IED is pursuing men on foot and horseback including donkey and mule. Al Kabab went off road as it is more difficult to track with the vehicles and firepower from those vehicles. Use of drones and AH-1 is assisting in this pursuit. Al Kabab set up an ambush with AT on the road. It destroyed an AML-90 killing the driver. In the follow up fire-fight 5 Al-Kabab were killed and 3 wounded that were captured. Two of the three said 5 left the road block as the vehicles arrived up the road in the area. The hit the trail to the south.
. On the trails, drones seem to do more as the terrorist of Al Kabab do not usually hear or see the drones where the AH-1 are noisy. One target group identified, AH-1 come in, will use the 20mm Gatling gun and the 70mm rockets.
. In the most recent engagement, a drone flew over a trail in the wooded area, although it was on at 10% battery remaining. The controller hit the return button, it rose another 30 feet and flew back. Another drone was already airborne, taking 4 minutes to get to the same location. The target group had continued down the path. Another larger drone from a truck and trailer were launched from the catapult launcher and was there about 4 minutes after the second drone had arrived on the scene. Detection and hand-off occurred. Two AH-1 were sent to the area with a recon Loch. The guys walking on the trail did hear the blades of the 3 helicopters coming in. Moving off the trail and into the wooded area crouching. Thermal sights of the AH-1 were used to help determine location of several of the men. Firing the 20mm did hit 2. The OH helo did keep on task to ID targets and direct the AH-1. The 2nd AH-1 piloted by WO Jaques flew in closer to work to get a better sighting. Fired 3 then 2 more rockets, then 2 more, then 1 more rocket. 8 of the 12 rockets in that pod were fired. The HE explosions did kill 2 more. 3 rockets hit trees when then sent wood chip shrouds down, hitting 3 others, killing 1 more. Then he opened his 20mm when two guys got up to run. They were run down by the fire and dropped dead. It was hot pursuit to find some of these guys. Some shot back without result. 20mm goes through a human body much easier than 7.62 through light armored helo.

The CoC welcomes SHAM and ROB Navy to Moroccodom
We will have a Royal Hump Roast. What is that you ask? We will have a BBQ: Camel, Goat, Sheep, Pork, Chicken. etc. Avetar Beer is being flown in from Balzac Republic which always a favorite.
. There will be a parade in your honor. It will include about 100 of the M1A1 we have received from the US over the last year (the US is/has given 200 Abrams to Morocco). It will include a special marching band, an elementary school. Hope that you enjoy the events. We will have civilian and military tours for those that would like to participate. I am unable to reveal all the tours for security reasons, you know (in reality, I have not thought of what they should be yet). We hope you will take advantage of those.

Dakar to Ft. Sherman
Large flight of 12 C-130, 4 C-17 and 6 tankers escorted by 16 JAS-39 Grippin aircraft flew across the Atlantic conducting attack mission on Ft. Sherman at the mouth of the Panama Waterway. Dropping men on the base for an attack. The 'defenders' had about a 20 minute warning to respond. Men were landing about the runway, the docks and the magazines. The defenders had to go to retrieve weapons, organize to defend the base. The initial attack was successful since it was a surprise with 20 minute warning. As the assault continued it was being pushed back without reinforcements. Referees and judges were out to determine any issues not specifically cleared by the MILES system. The planes landed at airbase at Ft. Gatun a few minutes later.
. The evaluation of the attack and defense is being conducted to learn what went well and what could be improved upon.
.
Ft. Sherman
6 Ocean going barges landed at Ft. Sherman with each carrying patrol craft. Two were carrying Visby, two were carrying Pegasus hydrofoil and two were carrying Hercules patrol craft, which is similar to a Pegasus, but does not have a hydrofoil option. It has a lower operating cost. 8 LCS ships did escort the barges into port. 2 others followed along. 4 are planned to move through the Waterway with 3 barges to Ft. Amador with identical boat arrangement.

K-Country
The diplomatic team from the CoC that visited K-Country including some members of the administration of 8 countries that are members of the Commonwealth, half are leaving on commercial airline. 35 total seats taken, about 12 per flight out of country.
The CoC Embassy is large, very large, housing representatives from several of the member nations of the Commonwealth. 4 stories high, 5 buildings in the complex.
One member visiting the site remarked that there are a lot of radio and TV antennas on the three tallest buildings. Not sure what they are all for, uhmmmmm.....
.
Parade in Moroccodom went well.
The Royal Hump Roast is going well. Getting to meet and know service members from ROD. It started at 1pm and expected to go 'til 1 or 2 in the morning. Expect to keep the coals going all night for the 2nd and final day of celebration. A tanker with the nozzles for all the flavors of Avatar Beer landed just after 10am local time. It then moved into position for the beer to flow.

Panama
Here is a report of the naval craft at Ft. Amador
Off the coast of Panama from Ft. Amador a few of the patrol boats that had been there for a few weeks are to take longer distance patrols. The recently arrive boats are put in the water and may patrol for several hours or a day, but close to shore for now.
. A Hercules Patrol boat, H-14, (Pegasus without hydrofoil). armed with 76mm gun, can carry up to 8 Harpoon missiles and 2 .50 cal. is on patrol. From Jurado 4 boast take off heading west. On its radar west by 30 NM detects 4 boats moving quickly at 30 knots.. As it increases speed to intercept NW it starts to close the gap since its traveling at 40 knots. As it is within 4 miles it sees the 4 boats, cigarette boats. The four boats increase speed as the sea is calm, moving to 50 knots, then 55 knots, almost 60 knots. The H-14 increase speed to 44 knots, fires the 76mm gun as a warning.... firest again. The cigarette boats separate into 2 pair of boats. The large gas tanks on the stern (similar to Russian MBT fuel tanks) and released and they fall in the sea. The Cigarette boast then increase speed to above 60 knots, these boats must be heavily loaded.... uhmm. The boats do speed away. The 4 boats were called into the US Navy and Customs. Later 1 of the boats was captured and another was sunk with .50 rifle fire and catching fire. The other two reportedly went into the Gulf of California.
.
Ft. Sherman
Later at Ft Sherman, discussions take place on the course of action to take: ideas evaluated, use helicopters, planes, and patrol craft as Hercules, LCS and Pegasus craft. the assets will need to work together. Efforts to intercept boats that move a fast pace may be boarded. Coast Guardsmen/women are to be on all patrol boats on the Atlantic and/or Pacific side of the Panama Waterway. They have the ability to arrest and detain.
. Those that made the jump are in special forces training at the base, jungle training, first aid, tracking, etc. All the good stuff a 'snake eater' gets to do.
.
Moroccodom
A fight broke out, the two ROD soldiers finally won a fight beating two from Morocco National Guard. One had a broken nose, he needed medical attention. Long distance running competition will take place for the three that did not need medical attention in the morning. If they are still hung over... so be it. water will be provided. So congratulation to ROD winning the scrap!!

**"CHIdom has sent 6 assault landing craft with an escort of 5 frigates, 3 destroyers in an easterly direction, expecting to be at Ft. Amador very soon. Helicopters, ASW, surface and AA searches are taking place.
. The Ivan Rogov had an engine break down, is not transiting at 5 knots with a Type 53A frigate. It is a few days out of port.
. The Coral Sea is a 1000 NM west of the Ivan Rogov
"***

.
The CV Coral Sea is coming into port at Ft. Amador with its escort. F/A 18 C are flying in and around for any cigarette boats. Then landing at the air field at Ft. Amador. An Astute class SSN surfaced and was escorted in by 3 patrol/harbor/escort tugs and 3 inflatables and a Visby and Hecules.
. Ivan Rogov has been at the dock being with it engine being worked on. It is moving to the dry dock that arrived. The landing craft were floated out prior to the Rogov proceeding to the dry dock.

Crud, I was hoping that Camastan would remain independent. It raises the question, are more countries part of CofC or independent? When does the CofC overtake the UIN? We salute the lost people of a once proud nation.

The Commonwealth of Chrisdom has accepted the Glorious Republic of Camastan as a member. With their small population they will be able to have two members in the Upper Chamber and 2 in the Lower House. Camastan has worked well with other nations in their local defense with Sweden, Norway, Finland, Balzac Republic. A few small command operations, naval operations of patrol and rescue. Finland, Norway, Sweden and Balzac are members of NATO, Camastan will become a member of NATO as well.
. Other members of the CoC that are members of NATO are: Monacodom, Americus Island, Maltadom, Icelandom, Greenlandom, Armeniadom, Chicoviadom, Algeriadom, Bulgariadom, Moldovadom, Romaniadom, Cyprusdom, Sardinia, Corsica, Azores, Canary Islands. Also the Commonwealth is a member of NATO.
. The Commonwealth is looking expand again, looking for new members that the CoC can add value to that country and their people and that the Commonwealth may benefit as well on the economic, social, cultural aspects.
. The CoC is considering acquiring some Cigarette boats that are militarized for use in areas where speed is essential. May need to line the hull and cabin with Kevlar for some protection. Perhaps create a layout similar to PT boats without the torpedoes. trails have taken place in the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic. Also conducted of both coasts of the US. Most likely to have 20mm, 50 & 30 cal m.g., and in a few cases a 40mm on the deck at the stern. Also considering a Hellfire quad rack.
. The Cigarette boats run by the drug cartels have been an issue with the patrol boats trying to keep up with them after leave Columbia.
.
Panama
A Visby was on patrol north of Columbia in the Pacific, its crew detected on radar 3 cigarette boats moving at a fast clip, It accelerated to meet the two boats, which veered to the port and starboard to fly past the Visby. The two boats increase speed to 50 knots. The Visby accelerated to above 40 knots, unable to catch up, it fired 6 warning shots from the 57mm gun on the bow.
. 20 miles west of the sighting of the Visby, a Pegasus (PHM 4) was waiting, It acquired the two Cigarette boats on radar and moved a 14 knots to the west to try to intercept the closer of the two boats, When within 5 miles it fired its 76mm gun 3 times. PHM 4 increased speed on the hydrofoils to 50 knots, firing the 76mm gun across the bow and then to the starboard side of the boat to help the Cigarette crew know they were within range, which caused them to increase speed to 72 knots to start to out run the PHM. The PHM fired over a dozen more shots getting closer and closer. The order was given to fire on the boat to hit it, to take it out prior to it getting out of range. The shots got closer, the boat slowed, turned ... accelerated.. splashes further away.... re-acquired... 5-6 more shots... set to air burst at 20 feet..... as the range increased holes were put into the hull... the cigarette turned north then back west at speed. The 76mm gun jammed.... ahhhhh ((poop))) !!! It was decided to get clearance to fire a Harpoon as the PHM was carrying 4. It took 6 minutes for clearance. A Harpoon was fired at a range of 6 miles.... it did impact the cigarette boat, essentially destroying it, killing the 3 crew members on board. . The other cigarette boat was tracked on radar about 12 miles away, the request to fire a Harpoon was denied.
. Evaluation of this event and a few other encounters with Cartel boats has lead to the conclusion that there must be a better way either with helicopters and the type of boats we have for intercept and/or a faster boat. Also there is discussion to arm the patrol boats with Hellfire missiles that may be laser guided, optical siting of the missiles with data link for control and 'fire and forget' missiles. Another option is to put helicopters on the LCS and Visby craft, perhaps an AH-1 Cobra or smaller AH like a Tiger.

What in the world did the CoC do???? The CoC nor its members did anything in this communication, there was not any discussion.
Maybe that is why Nova Scotia was interested in talking, the 'HOT-heads' of Canada. Not Canada is approaching a war footing. CRAZY, crazy leadership.
Reactionary, emotional, lack a plan, derisive, disrespectful, antagonistic.
.
Ceylon Conference: Sri Lanka, Indian Ocean
. Australia, New Zealand and India will not do anything except have discussions. Strong economic trade, large trading partner, especially in critical need areas, that Canada is unable to provide. Having a meeting now in Ceylon with the Prime Ministers of New Zealand, Australia and India. A few others have sent Envoys for discussion with our Vice Premier of the Commonwealth, CHI-dom President, Mindanao Prime Minister, Panama(non-member), Eritreadom, Ethiopiadom, Balzac Republic Vice PM, VP of the USA. England, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands sent their Sec of State.
Some brought a few leaders in their legislative branch as a member of the delegation. This mushroomed into a large meeting. Solidarity, focus on success and Peace.

From Canadian Government
"We do have one proposal that will put an end to this threat of war, if the CofC promises to not try to subvert any parts of our country and respect our wishes to not join the CofC."

"Canada will partly lift the ban and allow for limited trade and tourism agreements between our country's do we have a deal?"

Monaco, Monacodom,
Dept of State communication to Canada
If I may suggest that the CoC send a small delegation of 6-10 people total from State or Commerce to discuss economic opportunities, including tariff reduction. May be even discuss 'favored trade status' for some time in the future. We are delighted to send delegates from any of the member nations of the Commonwealth that you might prefer. I make this suggestion since you may have more people that wish to be involved in the discussion.
. Conversely, you are welcome to send a delegation to the CoC either in Monacodom or even Greenlandom or Icelandom. As the US is strong ally of ours and an ally of Canada, thy may even be willing to host the event.
. If this is too fast, just let us know as we discuss our concerns to find resolution, to find a foundation to build on to work together.
Chris
