8 unmarked cargo trucks and van headed east into western Canada making drop offs of boxes at 3 and 4 am in the morning. Then moving on to other locations further east.
Elsewhere, 15 trucks headed north from Montana, Michigan and New York into Canada, some were lead by unmarked car of various types doing some scouting crossing the border in un-policed areas. By 10am all the vans and trucks were heading south again having emptied out the cargo. They were all leased to the Foundation for a Free Society with HQ in Kansas City Kansas.

To the Government of Eski, as you know in our country we have a rule called the Cannabis Prohibition Act which completely Bans the the plant called Cannabis from being shipped to and used within New Canada. the RCMP has reported that 8 unmarked trucks and vans has entered illegally into BC from your country to deliver this unhealthy and dangerous drug. we would appreciate your countries assistance in combating and preventing further illegal smuggling of Cannabis into New Canada.

We appreciate the communication regarding cannabis, which is legal in our country. If you would like to provide massive amounts of funds, we can then put resources into trying to stop the export of cannabis. About $38,000,000 USD to start would acceptable starting point. It is used for medical treatment, and recreational use, and for ambiance with the aroma for a setting or event.
Thank you.

Canada, it can be a lower price level. We just do not have a budget for that. If you want $2 million, $10 mill, $20 million worth of search, re-direction along the border let us know. The Vice Prime Minister has a million dollar I.O.U. due in several months, so he was looking to use the funds to hire a specific security company to do the work. Their reputation is completely soiled, totally corrupt. The firm’s honor does not exist except upon thieves.
Just name your level of investment for Cannabis patrol, identification, re-direction.
We can start recruiting, Manning, training, then to field the Cannabis Police. Will need to purchase equipment as patrol cars and SUVs, cargo van, box trucks and facilities to hold and dispose of any product apprehended.

Wow, WFOXY News with Shelia, we are reporting several trucks had entered New Canada filled with a highly desirable product, 17 have returned, the other one was expected back 2 hours ago. Two of the drivers saw a series of blue flashing lights on the way back. The were driving a budget truck.
6 more trucks are reported to have left supplying medical clinics and MD offices with complementary samples. One has seen all their stops and is returning.

New Canada will give the eski government 7,000,000 US dollars to help fund their Cannabis police force and to redirect the trucks carrying the Cannabis plant away from New Canada's borders, this illegal shipping must end.
Meanwhile the RCMP made several Cannabis busts in an effort to remove the shipments that have somehow made it to the border. fortunately the Medical clinics and MD offices that the trucks stopped, refused to take and sell the Medical Cannabis and it was subsequently destroyed and disposed of by a Health Canada HasMat team. and the trucks drivers where arrested by the RCMP.

What vehicle type(s) do you use for border patrol or security, we are think some police vehicles, perhaps a few MRAPs ( but might not need those). Then payroll for a year. Expecting funds wired soon, then quick purchase plan, without entire bid time delay. Setting up Border Patrol infrastructure. Plan to use normal police commo. May transfer some from police to Border Patrol (BP), then hire others.

Most of the CBSA Vehicles employed for border patrol consists of the Ford Crown Victoria interceptors and Chevy suburbans, plus small off road vehicles that are used in areas that the patrol cars cannot reach, like quads and snowmobiles. and every port or water crossings they use small inflatable ridged boats.

Some of the Highway Patrol are shifting to BP duties.
Inspections are taking place on border. Bought 80 dogs trained for sniffing are employed. Using some military dog handlers to train the BP agents.
Apprehended 3 trucks, they were redirected back to their point of loading.
7 others trucks did get into Canada, there are thousands of dirt roads that cross the border.

Eski,
Our police on Border Patrol Duty followed a van into Canada about 2 miles until called off by dispatch. We do apologize for the crossing of the border in pursuit of the van. The van and those driving did get away. It was a green Dodge Caravan.
There are not any signs posted at the border on this small paved road. Once dispatch confirmed the location, the officer was informed and instructed to return to Eski, since Canada is not within Eski jurisdiction.
.
Please excuse the violation of our zealous patrol officer on BP duty.
