No plan of operations reaches with any certainty beyond the first encounter with the enemy's main force
ROD intel has only given you high level basics.. That does not mean you stop doing basic things for your troops.. Like maintain contact with your flanks. You don't use F-18s to monitor where you ground troops are when simply sending a few vehicles to establish contact with each other. Plus.. what better way to let the enemy know where you are than to have noise fighter jets looming over head of your forces as they move forward. Not to mention, the fuel needed to fly that jet constantly..

You guys might as well be teaching a tree stump. The lesson YOU GUYS should have learned by now is to refuse to undertake any operation in which he is involved, unless, of course, he is the opposing force. He knows nothing and refuses to learn anything. He gets his guys killed, he gets your guys killed, when things get rough, he bails.

TF Eagle is in position around the town of Al Uwayqilah. Both mech companies up front with the engineer company in the center. Tanks and Howitzers behind them. Scout platoon is screening to the east since the our left company is linked up with the NC battalion and we have good visibility to our front. TF Eagle is supplied and ready for offensive operations.
Mech, the point I was trying to make with the boundaries was that we needed some control measures. The brigade HQ is responsible for setting battalion boundaries. They keep us from leaving big gaps in the line and they also keep us from shooting each other. We're not getting into great detail in this game, but we do need some control and coordination.

Um Redleg I think you honestly got things all mixed up. the CofC is on your left flank.
Will began the advance now, all Battalions move head, keep yourselves within your own boundaries at all times so we won't get lost, be on the look out for suspected PAC positions in the flanks. a UH-1 will be flying over us to act as a spotter while we drive in the desert.

TF Eagle crosses the border into Iraq. You mentioned to stop in Karbala, but that's way off to the east. Do you want us to halt at Highway 1? That's around 200 miles and just over 50 miles from Haditha. We're going through open desert so movement will be relatively slow if we want to keep our wheeled support vehicles with us.
TF Eagle is rolling in a battalion wedge with 2 scout sections out front and the rest of the scout platoon screening to the east. Team Assassin is in front with 3 mech platoons, a tank platoon, and a sapper platoon. the right arm of the wedge is Team Barbarian with 2 tank platoons and a mech platoon. The left arm is Team Bushmaster with 2 mech platoons and the battalion mortar platoon. The rest of the task force is in the middle and rear of the wedge.

Let's talk about "pro words" used in radio communication for a moment. The use of the word "repeat" over the radio, which seems to be what you are doing here, is an artillery term which means "fire that last mission again. The word is NEVER used in ANY other context. If you want to emphasize what you said, you use the phrase "say again.". " I say again, DON'T DO THAT! "
