I love the terrain that has been posted lately. I really want to dabble in this arena but sadly I don't have the space to store it. Really great work guys.
So, I have not painted much this summer as work had me on the road quite a bit, family stuff, general malaise, etc. I finally placed a new order (which went smoothly) through the new website, and once I got my package - well I went back at it. Not all that great as I was a little rusty, but good enough for government work as they say. Afrika Korps Pzkw IV's and the new Fiat 626 trucks (great model GHQ - really well done). I did a few of the Fiats as Wehrmacht trucks (yeah my camo job is sloppy wish I could do a redo), and I have a few more that I painted in a dark grey that are to be finished yet. The grey being a color I have seen in my internet wanderings... Anyway, the one technique I did not master well at all are painting those tarp ropes on the bottom edge of the back bed. Try and try again...
Great work on the Panzer IVs and the Italian trucks. It is nice to see you are back painting. I have plans to get some of the trucks at some point. I will probably paint 1 or 2 in German colors the rest will go to my, as yet, unpainted Italian Army for North Africa.
Here are a few images of my Market-Garden terrain and figures. I cannot recall if I posted them before, but a search came up without results. My apologies if I did.
