King George V Refit
Theres been a change of plans for the refit, it was decided to concentrate on installing the new weapons first for this year, in order to reduce the time in drydock for the KGV BattleShips, and save the New FCS upgrade for the main guns later down the road in a future refit.
Current Weapons load out for the first KGV Refit is
10x BL 14inch guns in 2 Quad and one twin turret.
16x QF 5.25 Inch DP guns
4x Octuple Mounted 25mm Bushmaster Cannons linked to a Sky Guard Radar FCS unit mounted on top of the forecastle deck.
8x Phalanx CWIS.
5x MK 29 Box Launchers firing Sea Sparrow Missiles, 2 mounted on the tops of No 2 and No 3 turret. and one in the Stern.
4x Mk 143 ABLs firing Tomahawk Missiles mounted in the stern.
The midships Helipad and the Hanger for the two Sea King ASW helicopters, will be kept.

That's going to be an interesting ship! You're putting the helipad amidships? Flying off that thing is going to be exciting!

Well to be honest Redleg, It always had that midships helipad in the beginning after her old Aircraft Catapults where removed.
The New Vanguard Battleship Confederation. will not have a Helipad, as shes being built with more Guided Missiles in mind.

South Pacfic Ocean
The RCN Patrol group will be arriving in Sidney Australia tomorrow, all carrier operation exercises will cease immediately before we arrive. stopping there for a day then proceed with our last stop in Musoria (Splods Imagi-Nation), then we will be heading home to New Canada. So far this trip into the South Pacfic has proven to be uneventful... And boring at the same time.
The NCAF has done a complete reworking of the Army`s command structure that will have NCOs take in charge of formations from Squads up to platoon levels, but they will be under the supervision of Commissioned Officer at least.

Sidney Australia
After Spending a Day, the RCN Patrol Group is setting sail back to New Canada, The RAN reports a flurry of ROD navy Activity in the South Pacfic. So we might run into them during the return trip.

Re: Canada (Imagi-Nation)
The Pacific has become the ROD's private pond for sure!
No less than four carrier battle groups and a Marine Expeditionary Unit cruising at this time.

I think it may be a bridging operation so he can drive MBT's from one ship to another across to Asia.

Re: Canada (Imagi-Nation)
This is actually part of our safety program. We want to make sure we have ships and aircraft all along NC's route so we can fish their pilots out of the water in case they have a mishap!
Just kidding - 1 CVBG and a MEU heading to the Med, 1 CVBG heading to the Atlantic, 1 CVBG loitering in the North Pacific making a nuisance of themselves to the EE, and 1 CVBG heading home. The ROD Navy does have a patrol schedule for 2021 that will see 3 CVBGs, 2 SSGNs, a MEU and/or a SHAM at sea at any given time for most of the year.

Re: Canada (Imagi-Nation)
It appoears ROD is building to challenge the CofC hegemony.
All blessings flow from a good mission statement.

Re: Canada (Imagi-Nation)
According to a recent ROD intelligence estimate, we would need 10 more carrier battle groups and 600,000 additional tanks to put up a real fight against the CoC. Plus they have that awesome basement to train in!

Re: Canada (Imagi-Nation)
There have not been any new members to the CoC in quite sometime. No hegemony exists here. It is in the mind of PG and the leadership of GatorNation.

CFB Lahr Germany
The Command Room in the Overseas base is being overhauled to include the new Video Conferencing equipment, and satellite communications to improve the overall Command and Control abilities of Senior Commissioned Officers from the Army and Air forces HQ units over long distances during any future military operations aginest the Eurasian Empire. It's our hope that this new communications technology will project the Commissioned Officers influence to help inspire the troops to battle and raise their morale, but without the risks of being on the frontlines themselves.
CFB Halifax
The refitted KGV Battleships should be coming online in the new year, either late in January or February.
its final weapons load out is now as followed for the first refit
10x BL 14inch guns in 2 Quad and one twin turret.
16x QF 5.25 Inch DP guns
4x Octuple Mounted 25mm Bushmaster Cannons, linked to a Sky Guard Radar FCS unit mounted on top of the Forecastle Deck.
1x Dual Mounted 3"/50 caliber AA guns, linked to a Sky Guard Radar FCS unit mounted on the top of the Aft castle Deck
8x Phalanx CWIS.
6x MK 29 Box Launchers, firing Sea Sparrow Missiles, 2 mounted on the tops of No 2 and No 3 turret. and one in the Stern and one in the aft castle Deck.
4x Mk 143 ABLs firing Tomahawk Missiles mounted in the stern.

Comment deleted. It was in poor taste and I'm just wasting my time anyway.
