Re: Bills stuff
Those Union Cavalry troopers look excellent, Bill! Are those GHQ or Good Ground/Cracker Line?
I have some GHQ Cavalry and their current complete line on Civil War personality figures including Abraham Lincoln. I would love to see them expand their line by adding some more personality figures but that is probably not going to happen.

Thanks Chris!
Thanks Pete! The cavalry is GHQ, the mounted Confederate officer I made Pickett is Cracker Line/Good Ground. It was actually from their Union command pack, but I needed an officer with a kepi. I’d love to see GHQ add more ACW, but I doubt that will ever happen, they still haven’t posted pictures of the Federal infantry in great coats.

My Evergreen Cemetery gatehouse made the new issue of Wargames, Soliders and Strategy! It’s in the back, it’s first time anything I’ve ever done has made it in a publication, pretty jazzed. The next issue focuses on the Civil War in case anyone here isn’t familiar with the magazine.

Thanks a lot Red, appreciate it!
Finished two 1.5 ton trucks
And that finishes the Rear Detachment for 2nd Armored.

Thanks FDD, that would be funny to do, and see how many people actually know what it means, lol.

Re: Bills stuff
I know EXACTLY what REMF means, but perhaps it would be apprpriate to bring up te unofficial motto of tank battalion maintenance and recovery platoons everywhere: "We may not be the PRIDE of the battalion, but without us, effing PRIDE DON'T RIDE!"

Re: Bills stuff
I was assigned the 3AD DISCOM for a few months in 1981-82. Their motto was - "Try fighting the next war without us". I have also been a Support Platoon Leader in an armor battalion and a Battalion Maintenance Officer(BMO) so I have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to keep an armor battalion going.
Very nice models, Beagle! I always enjoy seeing your stuff.

I was just standing up for my support guys, not implying anything. Did 2 years as BMO in 3-32 AR, at Ray Barracks, late '70s.

More great work on your Civil War infantry, Bill! What did you use as bases for these?
