Re: M1 a3 with trophy upgrade
I’m working with someone to print the turrets.
Then I’ll upgrade all my existing ghq M1s
I wish ghq would offer upgrade turrets since I rather have metal.
CinC did with the M60A3 and I remember upgrading all my tanks way back.

Re: M1 a3 with trophy upgrade
Now if they would just do an -A1 turret I would have the M-2HB and the M-240 on the roof. I know they are in the GHQ packs but I cannot tell them from the flash. Even with reading glasses and a magnifying lens.

That LOOKS lije a 105mm gun, rather than a 120mm. Is that my misperception?

Actually large so I’ll claim it’s the new 130mm replacement gun.

Re: M1 a3 with trophy upgrade
The armor panel covering the drive sprcket is te original configuration carried on the first M1 model. Mud buildup between the skirt and the sprocket caused a number of problems, including failed final drives and thrown. The immediate solution was to remove the panel but the permanent solution was a cutout on that panel that allowed the mud to escape.

Re: M1 a3 with trophy upgrade
Understand. An M1A3 would have the cutout. Look at the differebce between GHQ's M1, M1A1, and M1A2.
