Excellent work on your next batch of Civil War troops. The one stand almost looks like Iron Brigade troops.

Thanks a lot Pete. I can kinda see it, but the Iron Brigade all wore Hardee Hats. My Iron Brigade was completed long, long ago. Those stands have taken a beating over the years, that’s why I’ve never posted pictures of those poor lads. One of my future projects is to replace them with a mix of GHQ and Good Ground. The order from Pendraken has shipped, so they should be here for the next brigade, which will be Alexander Webb’s of the second division, Second Corps. That will give me a good reason too paint a few stands of Zouaves!!! Maybe two stands to represent the 72nd Pennsylvania, originally raised as the 3rd California.

Here is a US, command stand. They don't look this shiny in person, I'm peeved. It must be the humidity in the garage right now when I'm spraying them.Image

Very nice Bill! That one guy's watch is off by 5 minutes. Fantastic detail on them!

Well your detail work is really amazing, the straps, the belts, etc. That is really sharp looking!

Thanks a lot guys.

Red, his watch is an automatic, and he doesn’t move enough to keep it wound.

I had some of my ACW stuff out for other reasons so I figured I'd snap a few photos.

I'd only brought on Confederate brigade out of hiding, I'm just adding to my scenery pile really. I might fight a fictitious battle since I have everything out when I finish.
