Excellent work on the St. Lo, Bill! I especially like the way the camouflage looks on this model. Having done a couple of ships with camouflage patterns I certainly know how difficult it is to keep the lines straight and the proportions correct. Well done!

Thanks a lot Pete. You should see the paint when I start a measure 30 ship, they look horrible at the start! It’s a process to get the basic shapes and colors in the right spots, then a second going over to straighten everything up, get the curves right, get the angles sharp. I’m glad I only have one Casablanca left for Taffy 3.

Very nice work Bill! When you first glance at the pictures you think there is no way it is a 1/2400 scale model because of all the detail and camo!

Re: Bills stuff
I threw in a couple packs of Great War 10mm BEF with my last order from Pendraken, just to check them out.
One pack is two 60cm field guns, with three crew apiece, but I didn't realize the size, so I can paint them, but I'll have to get some larger MDF disks to base them.
And a pack of three Lewis gun crews.

Finished a few things while the forum was down, so here it goes.
A 10mm stone house from Pendraken, perfect for a 18th or 19th century North American table. since it's from an English company, I gave them the nod and nicknamed it Craven Cottage (soccer fans here will get the reference)
Next is Brigadier General John Gibbon, Second Division, Second Corps, Army of the Potomac.
And USS Fletcher......

Great looking stuff again, Bill! I really like the 10mm building and the John Gibbon personality figure.
