B.C.,
Yes, I did use dryer sheets. The dryer sheets are fuller, i.e., a fuller material. The cheese cloth has the texture and more of the look of netting to me.

The first picture is taken without zooming in, distance 8-9 inches.

Image

This second picture is at a distance of 10 inches

Image

I may pull some other items out to compare & contrast. I am not trying to debate.

I will point out that I will not cover an entire company (14 vehicles) in netting if GHQ. If some lost crappy model, cover them.

Abrams bridge layers utilizing the bridge from the M60 bridge layer.

Just about refinishing these, add some more camo paint.

Like the bridge on the M!, you made the new Joint Asault Bridge (JAB). The launcher aparatus is a little different but for a kit bash it is good enough as they use the same bridge from the M60 ALVB.

I read using same M60 AVLB on Abrams even though not as long as the Wolverine bridge. Cost is significantly less than Wolverine.

3 days of training out of town repainted some vehicles after stripping the paint.
Now in Chris Camo or Aussie camo.

Gents, just painting, stripping and repainting stuff.
Watching college football, painted M 60 and M-1 Abrams AVLB. Still need to work on the tracks.

I bought a large micro armor group. In the group some are not what they propose to be… a bunch were supposed to be GHQ and who knows who the manufacturer was. Another surprise are these two tanks with turrets glued down.

Image

As I took the based off, popped the turrets off, I was surprised. The broken barrels were glued to the hull.

Image

So the two hulls May end up as bridge layers, certainly the Leopard 2 hull. The Leopard 1 might become an engineering vehicle, FO, or try to make it a regular Leopard 1A1….

Have work to do on the Bradleys and Hummvs to finish the refurbishment after stripping them.

Image

Need to camo these after stripping the paint off, have bunches more to do.

Looking good Chris! That MBT-70 is a cool looking tank! Does the commander's MG have dual ammo boxes? I haven't really felt a need to acquire any MBT-70s, but now I'm rethinking that!
