A couple crewed M10’s. The guy on the right looks like he’s heading to a party. I should put a beer in his hand or something

Re: Show us yer stuff!
A recent convert from 25/28mm miniatures, I've been picking up sets of GHQ from both the webstore and on eBay and have been getting invested in a whole new scale of detail and painting concentration. But I must say, I am very impressed with the quality of the GHQ stuff...I'm hooked! Waiting on some sets of decals now to flesh these out some more.

Re: Show us yer stuff!
It is always great to see new stuff posted here. I want to especially welcome our newer posters, rhabstclair, dalem, and ThatBeMike for showing us your stuff.
rhabstclair - Those M-10s look great with the added crews. I have some of my own to finish off one of these days.
dalem - That is a very nice collection of American WWII kit. Do you game with these and, if so, what rules do you use?
ThatBeMike - Welcome to the wonderful world of 1/285th scale. I hope you enjoy the journey. Personally, I think the GHQ models are as detailed and in some cases more so than their larger scale cousins. It is great to see your models!
Chrisswim - You are certainly not a new poster here but you definitely keep this thread going. Hats off to you for that.
Believe it or not, my friend Toshach and I started this thread years ago with me posting some of my "stuff" after he helped me get started. It is still going strong and I love checking it out.
I will post some of my stuff here soon. For those of you that are interested you can see more of my GHQ models and terrain at Pete's Place on this forum.
Thanks!

Re: Show us yer stuff!
Thanks! I took a bunch more pics but I didn't want to spam the thread. Back when I lived in Michigan (about 25 years ago) I was "the WW2 guy" in my mini gaming group so I bought a bunch of American and German and Russian stuff. Got enough U.S. & German stuff done to do late war battles using Spearhead. I ended up disliking more than I liked about that system and the guys I've been gaming with here in Minnesota are more into boardgaming than minis, so it all languished. The last year I've been getting back into painting and I've started creating my own ruleset based on SH, and at the same scale (1 stand = 1 platoon). So that means getting the rest of the stuff painted and more dips into the wallet - I need some Brits too, and early-war Germans. I'll risk a couple more pics.

Here are a couple pictures of my GHQ Terrain Maker Winter terrain. I made this over 20 years ago. Now that I set it up again after several years, I realize I need some more pieces including snow covered fields, buildings, and maybe some dormant deciduous trees as well.
