The Leo 1 are surplus, going to the boneyard. In 30 years expect to see a tree or two popping through a hatchI am keeping 1 CinC Leo 1A4 that is without a barrel as artillery F.O.

PG wrote in response to my post of the Bradley with the Stryker 105 turret… Good stuff, info, Ana-lsus. IMHO.

Re M2 w/105mm... The question is, what is the point? You have plenty of tanks, the 105 is marginally effective, the auto loader is questionable, and infantry with Javelin and TOW in those hulls would certainly be more useful in almost all circumstances. And how many more HUMVEEs carrying Javelin could be air-transported in place of one M10 (ironically, the same number assigned an under-gunned, under - armored tank destroyer of WWII). Maybe for a splendid LITTLE war... Do you need a 105 for infantry support? Probably overkill. To defend against tanks? Might be inadequate and TOW and Javelin likely much more useful, especially if you use the resources to make and carry more of them.
Soooo, both the Bradley 105 and M10 Booker seem to be a boondoggle.

Ya gotta paint the ambulance boxes white or camo 'em.

I really like the Marders and other German vehicles you have there, Chris! The emergency vehicles are also interesting to see. How do you plan to use those?
