I thought I placed an order Friday but...? Never got an email confirmation and nothing has "disappeared" from my bank account (outside of the normal "legal" theft through bills, of course).
I guess the system must have hiccuped?

The last two years, the same thing happen to me. I got no confirmation and saw nothing charged to my card. About a week later, I got a charge to my card and then an email with a tracking email. GHQ never charges till they ship. Black Friday, is a high volume order time and it may take a few days till you see a charge.
Just my experience.

Agree with Hoth. I ordered around 7 am CAT and got a confirmation later that day, but I'm sure things got more congested as the day wore on. With the small staff casting, taking orders , filling orders, cleaning the latrine, shoveling snow (we had quite a snowstorm out here Sunday) I'm sure people had trouble getting to work and getting stuff done. Patience is in order.
